The system answers that he did not recognize my email address. I am seeking help trough the only option which is the chat and I get no help at all. So since their system doesn’t recognize my email I try to register on the new account using the same email then the system response that I cannot use it because this email already exist. If it exist for this company how can they answer that the email doesn’t exist when you’re trying to recuperate your password. This is probably one of the largest scams in the entire App Store. The app technical support does not provide solutions after countless times of trying to register user, instead of having a better care of their users for having a frustrating buggy app all they do is lock your account while they still have your data. The app in incredibly glitchy, it signs you out while putting in your data, when every field is filled it doesn't grab or save them, if you are in need of a technical support you can seat, wait and die because it will never come. This kind of trashy software doesn't even meet the standards of a poor business, quite frankly they shouldn't be permitted in the App Store and should be removed. ### 1/5 — Day 4 *2022-11-07, version 1.71.0* I can’t believe Apple doesn’t remove this from its App Store. It’s raising my blood pressure. I would be ashamed to admit it if I wrote this. Yikes. They sent me spam twice a day for weeks bragging up what a great deal it was if you send $100.00 CAD they would give up to 4 times that value to my friends in Cuba! The app is broken from start to finish. You can’t add money or pay at check out. You can’t scan a credit card or enter the information manually as each field is asking for some information that it doesn’t accept Canadians don’t have zip codes. You can’t edit the contact information once it’s in there and if you delete the contact and start over it finds the old information and over writes the new. Sad! I’m just “@&$ing Sad. I’m sorry for my Cuban who could really use a few bucks. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-10-24, version 1.71.0* I created a profile. I downloaded all they said I must and I got an email saying it was approved. But no transactions go through. Now they say my profile isn’t complete. But when I click on my name to edit profile the app closes down. Useless. ### 1/5 — Duc App charge you more by stealing *2022-06-24, version 1.71.0* they say that the transactions are 120 dollars and they charge you 124.74 and then another fee of 3.74 for a total of 128.48 for 100 mlc ### 1/5 — Estafadores *2022-04-02, version 1.67* Cobran 54.82 % por cada transacción hacia Cuba . Quise enviar 100 doll para ponerlo en en la tarjeta de MLC y me quisieron cobran 154.82. Son unos estafadores ### 1/5 — Yikes *2021-12-21, version 1.66* I’m impressed that this is still up. If the people who wrote this is are calling themselves programmers we are zeroing in on the first problem. The login process works intermittently. There is no way to save a recipient but if you type in a government I.D. It will bring up the last one you typed in and will not let you edit it. Aggravation is a mild term. Why send me little pop up notifications in Spanish? I will go nap now.
