Consuma in maniera elevata la batteria del cellulare, quindi si rende necessario averlo sempre collegato alla ricarica. Il collegamento Wi-fi va in contrasto con quello bluetooth del tft impedendo di effettuare le chiamate. Non possiamo sempre tenete lo schermo acceso soprattutto sotto il sole, in estate o sotto la pioggia. Si surriscalda, si rovina, si scarica la batteria. Motivo per il quale la maggior parte delle volte sono costretto a non utilizzare l’app per non voler aver questi problemi col telefono. Esgota a bateria do celular, esquenta o celular estragando a bateria, é lento e trava direto (perde a conexão). Não substitui a necessidade de comprar algo mais confiável, como uma tela ou um GPS, pois além de todos esses erros direto trava e para de mostrar o percurso (em longas viagens). O pior é que uma moto tão tecnologia, tão cara e desejada deixa a desejar em algo tão simples! Um corte de custo muito errado da Ducati! ### 1/5 — This app makes me regret the bio *2025-06-07, version 2.23.1* This app and the navigation system on my 2025 Multistrada is so bad that I regret buying the bike. I don’t know who slept with somebody to get this approved or which executive’s nephew was given the contract, but it is absolute garbage. The app is beyond frustrating to use because it rarely functions enough to use. The phone doesn’t connect to the bike and no amount of fiddling will fix it. When you do manage to get a connection then you have to leave the phone unlocked and the display on, draining your battery. Also, be prepared because the phone will disconnect on a whim. I have both an iPhone and an Android and both have the same issues. Seriously, do not buy the Ducati with the intention of using this app. Assume that you will need a GPS or phone mount so you can use a real solution. ### 1/5 — What an abomination of an app and turn by turn map integration ( even on 2025 models! ) *2025-06-01, version 2.23.1* Everything about this app is frustrating Have you not heard of apple carplay before? You need to leave your phone screen ALWAYS UNLOCKED for this app to work on your ducati I have a pikes peak 2025 multistrada and I cant believe I have to look for a solution to either mount my phone or an additional display to get google maps or apple carplay Your sygic or wtv map app is an insult to anyone spending that kind of money for a motorcycle. Why cant we just have apple carplay, or google maps for that matter? This app just drains the battery on your phone and you need to keep it plugged in. Honestly, would have not bought a ducati if I knew this is what the phone integration was my only option. Ill have to now buy and add a phone mount to my bike. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-05-19, version 2.23.1* I’ve just recently purchased a new 2023 Multistrada V4 Rally, which is an amazing motorcycle. The Ducati connect app is hit and miss due to needing to have the screen open on your phone, connectivity issues and needing to restart the pairing process whenever you briefly turn off the vehicle. The worst part is the Sygic GPS app that Ducati has decided to pair themselves with. After associating with high end brands like Bentley, Lamborghini, Poltrona Frau, and supreme, Ducati chose to lock themselves in with a cheap Chinese knockoff equivalent of a mobile mapping system. The Sygic app has issues with crashing, vague instructions, needing to download maps before routing, and a non user friendly interface. This app has left me stranded on a 1,100 mile road trip relying on a GPS on my $400 smart watch. Rather then maintain their status as the highest end motorcycle brand in every aspect (I own 4 and have a 5th on the way) they choose to instruct other reviewers that they must not be using the premium version they provide (I am). 4 years and over 20 complaints about Sygic and the response has not changed. If they equipped these vehicles with android auto and Apple car play, they could get rid of both of these apps and have 2 great options on a luxury touring motorcycle. The persistent mediocracy on this issue has me worried that Ducati is cutting corners on things that buys may not notice until after purchase. ### 1/5 — Non funziona *2025-05-14, version 2.23.1* Almeno la versione precedente funziona; ora non funziona per più di 30 secondi poi o si blocca o si disconnette. Provati tre modelli iPhone e tre MTS V4 di cui due con appena aggiornato software moto in occasione del tagliando. NON FUNZIONA praticamente ho comprato sigyc per NULLA!! Non si può vedere na roba così in una moto sofisticata come il V4!! Nella circostanza confermo che con l’aggiornamento a SYGIC 25.1.1 il problema si è immediatamente risolto. Un plauso per a Ducati per il rapido contatto mail per risolvere il problema. ### 2/5 — Sygic Ducati Connect *2025-05-12, version 2.23.1* Scalda il telefono durante la navigazione riduce le prestazioni del iPhone 15 pro e di conseguenza blocca Sygic Devo Fermarmi Spegnere il telefono attendere che si raffreddi e poi ristabilire la connessione con la moto Risolvete questo problema per il resto funziona ### 1/5 — Inutilisable avec Sygic *2025-05-12, version 2.23.1* Depuis le passage avec un iPhone 16 et le dernier iOS Sygic est devenu inutilisable. Lorsque on met en route le Sygic sur l’écran ducati le gps Sygic s’allume sur le téléphone et coupe la connexion avec la moto. À part le téléphone et la musique le reste ne fonctionne pas. Faites un effort !!! ### 1/5 — App deludente *2025-05-11, version 2.23.1* Salve, felicissimo di avere una Multi V4 Rally. Lo scopo di questo modello sono i viaggi. Ne va da sé che la navigazione deve essere parte integrante del pacchetto accessori, a maggior ragione per questo specifico modello. L’App è farraginosa per l’avvio, non mantiene il collegamento disattivandosi di continuo, spesso Sygic si blocca, il cell. si surriscalda all’inverosimile anche se non in carica, la ventilazione del cassettino è insufficiente. I’m using it with an iPhone 16 on latest iOS. But the app has been dangerously useless on the last couple of rides I’ve used it on. Help ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Jeder Smartphonehalter ist besser als Ducati Connect *2026-08-10, version 2.26.0* Mir ist absolut unverständlich, wieso es kein Apple CarPlay bei einem Premiumhersteller wie Ducati gibt. Stattdessen wird man gezwungen, diesen Sonderweg über Ducati Connect zu gehen. Sobald die Zündung bei einem Zwischenhalt einmal aus ist, darf man den lästigen Verbindungsprozess erneut machen. Dabei ist es mir als Endkunden egal, dass der Zeittreiber hierbei wohl der erneut hochfahrende WLAN-Spot der Ducati selbst - es nervt einfach. Warum nicht verbinden über den USB-Port im Handyfach? Wenn wenigstens eine gescheite Navigation angeboten werden würde, wäre das vielleicht nur halb so schlimm. Aber nach einer längeren Tour durch das Elsass bin ich nun zum Schluss gekommen, dass sowohl Ducati Connect als auch die aufgezwungene Navi-App Sygic in ihrer aktuellen Form (KW32 2026) auf einer 26er Pikes Peak absoluter M… sind. Sygic stürzt öfters mal ab und das einzig Positive daran ist, dass man GPX einlesen kann. Aber wehe, man will das GPX in Sygic bearbeiten —> Absturz. Verbesserungsvorschläge: - schnelleres/stabileres Wiederverbinden nach einem kurzen Halt - Anbieten anderer Navi-Apps (z.B. Stundenlange Versuche mit dem Händler, mehrmaliges Löschen Und Runterladen und sogar ein Austausch meines Moduls haben nichts gebracht. Ich bekomme einfach keine Verbindung mit meinem IPhone. Es funktioniert nur das Handy aber nicht das Navi über das Display. Aufgrund der anscheinend seit Jahren bestehenden Problemen ist das für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und sehr enttäuschend! Ich benutze die App jetzt seit einem Jahr in Thailand. Bis jetzt bin ich immer da angekommen wohin ich auch wollte. Da es die einzigste integrierte Lösung ist bleibe ich auch dabei. Verbindungs und Ortungsprobleme habe ich nicht. Bei Stops bleibt die App verbunden und somit ist keine neu Verbindung notwendig.
