I’ve seen this app has had reviews from 6-7 years ago, and they still can’t provide a functional app. Really disappointing. I would recommend taking this app offline, get some feedback on what your clients need in Bluetooth connectivity and start over. For me, the best thing you could do is incorporate Apple CarPlay into your system, and create either Bluetooth or hardwired connectivity. I have been using it since 2024 and have had no issues with the set up. There are times when browsing itineraries that it will freeze, and become unusable. One feature the app needs greatly is to enter in navigation while being able to continue recording the itinerary. When going out for a ride, I like to enter in my next destination while navigating, and dont want to have several itineraries built as a result. If the app was more stable, it would be excellent. En este caso, la aplicación deja mucho que desear. - Conseguí enlazarla con la moto, pero me costó varios intentos. - La interfaz es poco intuitiva, mal organizada. - Y lo peor, no registra los datos de viaje automáticamente. Hay que pulsar start cada vez que quieres que registre los datos de viaje. Ridículo. Vengo de una BMW, y su aplicación es buena, sencilla y proporciona toda la info que se espera. Mit ein bisschen Geduld hat alles gut funktioniert. Seit IOS 13.2 kann die Aufzeichnung von Itineraries nicht gestartet werden da angeblich keine BT-Verbindung besteht. Im Dashboard der Multistrada und in den Einstellungen vom iPhone wird eine BT-Verbindung angezeigt. Bitte schnell korrigieren!!! Die App ist die ideale Reiseunterstützung. UPDATE!!! First off all, only a few bikes are supported: newer DesertX, Diavel, XDiavel, Hypermotard, Monster, Streetfighter, Multistrada, Panigale and Scrambler. I believe that you need a Bluetooth module, and a Ducati Navigation license and Turn-by-Turn (TBT) assigned to your bike. It’s a quirky app and I’m still learning but like it so far. I’m using an iPhone 15Pro, Cardo Packtalk EVO, on a 2026 XDiavel V4. The best luck I’ve had for a planned trip, is to create and download your map formatted for GPX. I use the InRoute app and export plans to GPX, then open through Ducati Link. Have the app open, start your bike and have the Bluetooth connect to the bike. Your instrument cluster will then show the turn-by-turn and other settings available. After the bike is started and the bike is connected, I open the Cardo Bluetooth to connect my helmet. Everything works fine! I hope this helps riders out there! I haven’t found any good instruction through Ducati or social media! My next test is to plan a trip directly through the app, but the GPX is reliable! Fingers crossed!
