## What is Duck Hook Golf?

Every format. Every group. One app.

Duck Hook Golf is the only golf app built to score every tournament format your group actually plays. Whether it's your regular Saturday skins, the buddy trip nassau, or a 2v2 Vegas game, we've got it covered — with live leaderboards and zero ads.

13+ TOURNAMENT FORMATS
Skins • Nassau • Vegas • Howard Vegas • Scramble • Best Ball • Match Play • Stroke Play • Quota • Alternating Shot — plus formats you won't find in any other app.

99% US COURSE COVERAGE
Search nearly every golf course in America. Full hole-by-hole par and handicap data loads automatically. No manual setup. No typing in par for each hole. Just find your course and play.

LIVE SCORING
Scores update in real time across every device in the group. Everyone sees the leaderboard — in the cart, on the range, or back in the clubhouse. Spotty cell coverage? Scores queue on your phone and sync the moment signal returns.

BUILT FOR GROUPS
  • Add players by name and email — no account required
  • Games are shared across accounts, so anyone in the group can keep score
  • Post-round summaries delivered automatically by email
  • Run multiple formats in a single round with sub-tournaments

INDOOR & SIMULATOR PLAY
Duck Hook Golf works on the simulator too. Dedicated indoor handicaps keep your sim rounds separate from your outdoor game — perfect for winter leagues and indoor venues.

USGA HANDICAP SUPPORT
Fair, accurate scoring across every format using your real handicaps. Add your GHIN number and your index is pulled automatically and kept current.

FREE
No ads. No paywalls. No nonsense. The whole app is free for golfers.

BUILT BY GOLFERS, FOR GOLFERS
Three friends got tired of tracking skins in a notes app. So we built the app we wanted in our own bag. If your group loves it, we've done our job.

### 5/5 — A modern scorecard

*2026-06-06*

I’ve been using this app to keep my scores and play a few games. It’s easier than writing out the scores and I love the summary email I get after my round. If you haven’t tried it yet, give the Howard Vegas game a try. It’s awesome.

### 5/5 — Perfect app for tournament organizers or side games with the boys!

*2026-06-01*

I’ve tried countless golf game tracking apps over the years and most don’t work. Tourney Golfer is clearly made by people who actually play and run games and tournaments.

Easy to dial in the course, format and side games.

The scoring UX is clean and easy, and the match play tracking is spot on; it handles edge cases like conceded holes correctly, which a lot of apps botch.

Also great if you organize any kind of group golf like weekly games, buddy trips, club events or just a 4some. Can’t recommend it enough!
