Because it doesn’t! ### 4/5 — Music town *2025-05-03, version 4.00336* In duck life treasure hunt on town the full music cut off of this new version the old version was great but the new version is not great cus the music has been cut off and the old version is the full music in town but the new version no the music has be cut off ### 3/5 — Not the Duck Life Treasure Hunt I Remember *2024-09-22* Before Flash was taken down, I would always play this game on my Chromebook on Cool-math while I was at school. I am older now and have my own phone, which is what I played this on and it’s not the same. Not that it doesn’t feel the same but that it literally is not the same game. The enemies had polished animations and sound cues, but now there is little to none. When you knock out a duck, they simply fall through the floor, instead of actually getting knocked out on the ground, and the cave itself looks and works completely differently. The floor is not textured well, the obstacles are not even the same ones on the old Treasure Hunt, and the treasure system is completely different too! Just a quick cash grabs for the devs, if you enjoyed the previous 4 games you’re not likely to enjoy this one. The charm and nostalgia is replaced by ads and in app purchases. The graphics were bright, the cave was interesting, and everything was fine and polished with designated sounds for each thing that happened. Now, I start the game after not playing for years. It is completely different. The coins are different, the graphics are unpolished. There are no fun sounds. The town seems empty and barren. The game is far worse than it was before. Like I said, I used to love this game. Now, I am crying on the floor wishing for the Duck Life 5 I loved back. Developers, if you are reading this, please think about the fans. Think about the thousands of kids playing this game in school only to find out that it was ruined. Please revert this game back to how it it was before. On behalf of all the fans, please. The dog pet that I just bought with two gems had been reset to the default egg and my duck was wiped from its lilac/lavender primary color and pink accents and poofed hair to a white primary and no hair style or accents. I’m upset that I have to waste time and coins on redesigning my duck to the same way it was before.
