### 5/5 — Must Have

*2025-09-18, version 1.13.0*

As a full-time busy professional and toddler mom, Duckbill is literally the only way I keep it all together. It takes care of all the things I don’t have time for, so I can focus on work and family. Such a game changer - I can’t imagine life without it.

### 5/5 — A lifesaver for any busy person

*2025-09-18, version 1.13.0*

Duckbill has completely changed the way I manage my day-to-day tasks. The mix of AI speed and human support means I get things done faster and with more care than I could on my own. Scheduling, research, even getting prescriptions filled, it’s all handled in one place. I can’t imagine going back to juggling ten different tools when Duckbill does it all for me. Highly recommend for anyone who values their time.

### 5/5 — Thank you, Duckbill!!

*2025-09-18, version 1.13.0*

As a busy mom of 2 who spends all day in meetings and feels stretched thin in every direction — just thank you!! I really needed this type of support on the million things that take up time away from where I actually need/want to spend time. Keep going!!

### 5/5 — Ride or die

*2025-09-18, version 1.13.0*

Duckbill keeps me sane. I throw nearly everything at them and they deliver—from my nanny’s payroll to ordering flowers to doctor navigation to party planning. Seriously would not know what to do without it.

### 5/5 — Super useful!

*2025-09-18, version 1.13.0*

This was so great for getting cluttering to-dos done for me. Like things I put off for weeks, I just gave to the app and they helped me get them all done. Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-07-12, version 1.6.0*

Amazing product!

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2025-07-11, version 1.5.0*

I needed an appointment at a nail salon nearby and it worked like a dream! Happy customer!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2025-06-25, version 1.4.0*

I love Duckbill! Such a HUGE help with my to-do list. I recommend it to everyone I know!

### 5/5 — Duckbill is a GAME CHANGER!

*2025-06-25, version 1.4.0*

Duckbill got me hundreds of dollars back in flight compensations and all I had to do was forward a couple of emails! I also haven’t had to get on a customer service call myself in months!! Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Can’t live without it

*2025-06-24, version 1.4.0*

Been using Duckbill for over a year now and it’s been so helpful for me for booking doctor’s appointment and buying last minute gifts. Has been a life saver more than once!!

### 5/5 — This app DELIVERS

*2024-12-10, version 1.0.23*

I’ve been using Duckbill for the last few weeks, and I’m blown away. I’ve thrown the kitchen sink at the copilots, and nearly every task has been handled as well as I could have hoped. Sometimes it’s a little slow, but it’s the holidays, so I get it. Things are definitely ramping up.

That said, the app could use some small cleanups. For example, it keeps asking me to save or update my Duckbill password whenever I enter credentials for another service the copilots need to access. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

What really matters is how well it delivers on its promise to be an assistant that actually gets things done. My confidence in what it can handle, and the privacy and protection it provides, is top-notch. I’ve been telling everyone about it. Anytime I have a to-do, I just “Duck it”…(can’t believe I’m saying this now) instead of putting it on my never-ending list.

This app gets stuff done, plain and simple. Love it. A great idea truly personified by excellent execution.

### 5/5 — Where has this been?

*2024-10-23, version 1.0.20*

Great product and services always ask the question, ‘Where has this been?’ or ‘I could have thought of that!’. This does both! It’s a game-changer. Not sure what I would do if this service stopped! Thank You DUCKBILL!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Fraud!

*2026-07-23, version 1.32.11*

Auto deducted $350 from my US BANK ACCOUNT without permission

### 1/5 — Huge Letdown

*2026-06-06, version 1.32.4*

I really wanted to love this app.

When I ran into a billing issue, there was no way to resolve it or resume service from my phone — the only path was on desktop. So the service went down right when I was relying on it, with no quick way to get it back. For a product that’s supposed to make life easier, that’s a real gap.
The pricing model is the other issue. Everything is metered in credits, so every task turns into a calculation: “Is this worth 5–7 credits? How much will they charge for this one?” I don’t want to think that hard about whether to ask for help. I’d happily pay more for a flat, predictable plan and never think about it again. The credit system makes a convenience product feel like work.
As it stands, the friction outweighs the help.

### 1/5 — Fallen off

*2025-06-24, version 1.4.0*

This whole credit system is confusing and it’s not worth my money! Having them book a dinner reservation costs 12 credits???? What?

### 2/5 — Extremely expensive for what you get, not always effective

*2026-04-16, version 1.31.0*

Paid $49 for the subscription. Had one simple task to start trying it out: I’m at the beach in SF, can you bring some firewood? They did it via a doordash. The delivery came 4 hours later. Wasn’t there anymore, so a fail. Second task: call a phone number and ask them a question. This went pretty smoothly and quickly. But then I’m notified I’ve used all of my credits for the month. 49 dollars for two basic tasks monthly and saved about ten minutes of time. Not for me, but I guess if you are extremely rich and 50 dollars is nothing to you it might be a great app, I just felt like this wasn’t really messages very well that I could expect a lowly one to two things.

### 2/5 — Not worth it

*2025-06-22, version 1.3.1*

Not even remotely worth the cost. They ask dozens of follow up questions on every request, which might be fine is each follow up question did not have an over 1-business day response time. So, in the end, it ends up taking well over a week to complete anything

### 2/5 — Like an assistant you want to fire

*2023-10-17, version 1.0.3*

Had such high hopes for an AI assistant to help with menial tasks. However, it became a situation where they would ask questions (rightfully so) but would take forever to complete. I can do research on speakers in 30 minutes, but this process took me 3 full days from start to finish. A painfully frustrating product for users who actually want to knock out their to do list in (shockingly) a day.

### 3/5 — What happened?

*2025-06-21, version 1.3.1*

Ugh. What happened with this app?! It used to be amazing. I signed up when it was unlimited tasks. That was incredible. Then they changed the plans MIDWAY through the month and didn’t even offer refunds which seems like a bait and switch but ok I pushed through. Now almost the whole Home Screen is gone and you don’t see any task suggestions , threads, or any of the fun stuff that made this app interesting. You can likely get more value out of chatgpt and outsourcing to a personal assistant once in a while. Bring back the things that made this app unique and useful!

### 3/5 — Too pricey but good

*2025-05-01*

It’s too much money! But I do like duckbill to an extent. I think they can automate a lot the features they have with agents I’ve seen some other people do it.

I think they’re limiting humans but not automating as much I feel like the price and downgrade in human actions/energy on a task makes it not fully worth it.

Would be great if they could build some multi action agents (shopping, calendar management, bookings (huge)) to and lower it. Would be first movers and then use the humans for reliability if immediate task completion isn’t done

### 3/5 — Downhill

*2025-04-30, version 1.2.4*

The app was great but recent changes have diluted value. Unfortunate.

### 4/5 — Pretty good but not perfect

*2024-07-01, version 1.0.13*

This is great for certain tasks, like finding initial quotes for services and placing online orders and getting promo codes, but it’s definitely not perfect. I’ve found better quotes than Duckbill could find for some services and sometimes more back and forth is required than necessary (I’ve had to repeat the question on a couple of occasions). I’d say it’s still been helpful, though. Simple tasks are more consistently completed correctly (dinner reservations for easy tables, online orders and returns, renewing library books), while more complicated tasks tend to be frustrating (anything involving taste, multiple steps, or local know-how). If you buy a lot of stuff online I’d highly recommend Duckbill.

### 5/5 — ADHD Life Saver!

*2026-06-18, version 1.32.6*

When I send a task to Duckbill, it's like I have a partner helping me to complete the task - Duckbill helps me gain momentum by doing the early research, and following up with me until things are complete.

The humans behind Duckbill honestly care about improving users' quality of life and I love having them on my team

Just try it! You're not going to struggle with creating AI prompts for so long you give up before you begin and you're always one message away from a human who is phenomenally capable of helping you knock tasks off your list - even if you don't know exactly what you need.

### 5/5 — Literal lifesaver!

*2026-06-09, version 1.32.5*

Shocked to see any bad reviews on here cause this apps awesome! I ran out of my Adderall and was too out of it to even make phone calls. Duckbill called my psychiatrist's office, followed up multiple times, then called the pharmacy to confirm stock, pricing, and pickup time - all while I just texted back and forth. They even got me a GoodRx price that saved me over $125. I love that they didn’t count each mini task it took to get the big overarching tasks goal done, like multiple calls back and forth, working out nuances, etc. Honestly I’m going right now to replace another app I was paying for just to find my meds in stock. If you deal with medication shortages or anything that requires a ton of phone calls, this app is a lifesaver.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-04-17, version 1.31.0*

Very helpful, saved me hours of time on the phone

### 5/5 — A Mom always in need of help

*2026-04-15, version 1.31.0*

I’ve lost track the things Duckbill has helped me research, book, confirm, and follow up on. Absolutely love this site/app/service. A powerful use of AI alongside human excellence.

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2026-04-11*

First off all - I never write reviews. However, I am a busy professional and this app has taken so many things off my plate! From appointment scheduling, ordering gifts, and figuring out what to do with an old TV….Duckbill helps Me get things done quickly and efficiently. I love the mix of AI and bringing in real humans to make phone calls as needed. 100% recommend this app!

### 5/5 — I absolutely love this app

*2025-10-29, version 1.19.0*

It saves so much time and easy to use

### 5/5 — Professor-Approved Organization without Overwhelm

*2025-10-02, version 1.13.0*

Duckbill is a game-changer for me—an autistic adult, a professor, and a parent to four kids. My life is a constant juggling act, and I hate phone calls and follow-ups, so things used to slip through the cracks. This app gets it. The interface is calm, direct, and never wastes my time.

The status labels (“In Progress,” “Done,” “Ready to Review”) keep everything crystal clear. Reminders are gentle and predictable, not nagging, which means I actually stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed.

In just one month, I’ve handled court updates, dental benefits, party planning, and payments—without dropping a single ball.

Duckbill isn’t just intuitive and reliable—it’s the support system I wish I’d had years ago. If you need structure without stress, this is the app you’ve been waiting for.

### 5/5 — AHHHHHHHMAZING

*2025-09-23, version 1.13.0*

Love Duckbill. The human copilots are so thoughtful and hardworking. They make sure every task is handled with care and is completed correctly + on time!

### 5/5 — Game changer!

*2025-09-19, version 1.13.0*

Duckbill has become a staple in my everyday life. Knowing that I have a team of highly capable people that I can offload tasks to has given me so much peace of mind. I usually feel like I need to do everything myself, and Duckbill has taught me that that’s just not true. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Duckbill is a company with true compassion to help others in this busy world!

*2025-09-19, version 1.13.0*

To be a working mom raising littles, as well as advancing my education . It gets so overwhelming. It’s a blessing to have a place to delegate those mundane things that you can’t find the time to do. There are humans that take this off your plate like a good friend! Great service & great company!
