I can not use the app. I paid for a year's script for Duckd. Can anyone help me?

It’s now almost March, and the store is still out of stock on absolutely everything.
Upgraded my membership, for nothing. No customer support to be found. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to ducking.

Not sure if the website is down temporarily or was shut down. The app however works as its supposed to and is a cool feature for new Jeep owners.

Love being able to keep track of my ducklings and being ducked!  I also had some questions so I emailed them through the help center.  I received an answer almost immediately!  That never happens with any other app or product.  Can’t say enough great things about it.  So happy to have downloaded it!  Thanks again Duck’d team!

I am new to this app and trying to learn it. I would like to purchase the QR tags but can’t seem to find where I can purchase them at.

Any suggestions would be great.

The idea of being able to track ducks I give out and when I am Duckd, is awesome. What a great idea. 

I did become a “Pro” member but not sure what the benefits are but hopefully it will help keep the app updated.

Also, if the QR code tags help promote the app to people that might not other wise know about it, it should help grow this app for everyone.

**Developer response:** Tag ID Stickers are not required but are available at our web site: www.duckd.io. Your PRO membership allows you to create your own Duckie Tag IDs (like "MYID44" or "DUK123") and activate them globally — so you can then hand-write that ID on a Duckie you give. Duckie Tag ID Stickers made the process a bit simpler -- these come "pre-activated". Please let us know if you have additional questions!

My son and I love being able to see where ducklings are happening and putting new ducks on the map! We’re using our current supply of ducks, so we’ve only done manual entry, but plan to purchase some with QR codes to see how that goes! So far the app is working flawlessly and has been easy to figure out.

Great app. Let’s you keep track of who ducks you and who you duck. As well as shows you what areas are being ducked most.  Customer support is also amazing and on top of all of your questions.
