I got one text, put in the code, then I was told it was expired. But then no matter how many times I press the resend button, the text never comes. Their promo system is a mess. The salesmen are very nice and helpful but when some confusion happens with their promo system that’s when things quickly devolve. Also, always check with your car salesman if these sort of washes will damage any of your vehicles finish. ### 5/5 — Worked great but you need to create account first *2026-02-04* When you open the app, it will prompt you to type in your phone number, but this won’t work if you don’t already have a ducky’s account. You actually need to use the “ create account” button and provide your phone number there. Then you will get the text verification code. Once I set it up, I drove into the duckies express wash, and it automatically registered my car without even having to scan the app. I drove through and got my wash without a problem! ### 1/5 — Unable to even log in *2025-10-01* Learned the hard way today with multiple employees looking exasperatedly at me and a line of six cars honking that you can be offered a free wash for downloading the app, but it’s impossible to access because the only way to log into the app is to respond to a text message that never comes, no matter how many times you press resend.
