I received an email within 2 days after delivery providing me with instructions that did work and I was able to connect to WiFi and program the feedings. Within a week the app failed repeatedly despite every attempt to log back in. I’d like to summarize my entire experience with 2 words: Failure & Garbage. ### 1/5 — Can't connect *2021-06-03, version 1.2.5* I was only able to connect to it one time and assign a schedule feed for my pet after that you can't login, becoming useless. The directions were followed to a T and still no luck. Sending these back to Amazon. Done all the limited troubleshooting options provided with the manual, and as a last resort it says to “contact support”, however no numbers or email provided. It took me 2 min to download the app, register and pair it with my phone via Bluetooth. I then proceeded on creating a schedule for my new automated cat feeder. 1,2,3 FINiSHED ! ### 4/5 — Easy to set up, wish had more options *2021-07-02, version 1.4.0* Able to set up feeding and app as instructions provided. Great that I can pick any time and portion amount for my cat. He ate it right away from first trial run. This will save so much time ans sleepless nights having to feed him smaller portion control for jet restrictions. Wish I could edit the event list by line item. Also wish there was a chart that shows feeding or confirmation alert that it is working properly.
