### 4/5 — REALLY Needs Notes, Pre-Alarms and Live Activities for timers.

*2026-07-20, version 26.4.3*

The Alarmed app stopped working for me and this would be a great upgrade if it allowed you to add notes to a reminder to keep track of things. My workaround has been to use a super long title. Also, pre-alarms would be very useful as well. Both Alarmed and Apple Reminders allow pre-alarms. FEATURE REQUEST: Allow timers to show on lock screen via Live Activities.

### 4/5 — Great app, sync needs work.

*2026-07-18, version 26.4.3*

I’ve been using this app daily for years and I love it, but syncing between devices isn’t great when items are marked done. It’s too bad because that’s really this apps only flaw. It’s annoying to mark something finished on an iPad and have it keep reminding me on my iPhone and vice versa.

### 4/5 — Really helpful but needs improvements

*2026-07-15, version 26.4.3*

The app is really wonderful in a lot of ways. It definitely has helped my inattentive ADHD brain prioritize the normal daily tasks I usually forget.

The interface is not very pretty or intuitive, and the biggest downfall is you cannot schedule times by 1 minute increments. Fix that and it’s near perfect.

### 4/5 — A great app with greater potential!

*2026-07-13, version 26.4.3*

Love this app! It’s helped a lot with my accountability. With everything I tried before, if I couldn’t do it the second the alarm or reminder went off, I’d immediately forget it. The persistent reminders help immensely. I’d rate 5 but there’s room to grow. Timers are kind of limited. I’d like to be able to associate a timer with a task. So so long as that timer is running, it won’t ding. Think about a task called laundry. You don’t need to make and then snooze 3, you just have a snooze timer while it washes and another while it dries. A snooze all option timer would be nice too! Another feature I’d like to see is task steps. Like steps for washing drying and folding laundry but the dry step won’t go off until wash is marked done. All in all, it’s a great app with a lot of potential and well worth the price!

### 3/5 — Using for a decade

*2026-06-17, version 26.4.2*

This app is great, not just for reminders but also on old logged reminders. I know what I was doing from 2012, every day with all the issues that you don’t need to remember at the time but can be extremely handy in hindsight.

### 2/5 — Constant “stuck” reminders on iPad

*2026-06-12, version 26.4.2*

It used to be a good app, but it’s broken now.

### 2/5 — Unusable with Apple Watch

*2026-06-08, version 26.4.2*

Love the app on the iPhone but incredibly annoying to use with Apple Watch. If you have stacked reminders (say 5 reminders at 9 AM), the expected behavior is for Apple Watch to buzz you once and say “5 notifications on Due.” It doesn’t. It buzzes you, 5 separate times. Even more annoying is that the app waits about 5-10 seconds between each buzz, so 5 notifications mean you get buzzed every 5-10 seconds for nearly a minute at every reminder or snooze period. I’ve contacted Due support who suggested some setting changes to minimize this behavior, but ultimately said, “it’s Apple’s system, we can’t do anything about it.”

I had 14-25 notifications throughout the day. This means none stop buzzing all day. You can’t stop it either. You can’t push a button to stop. Even taking the watch off your wrist, it will continue through the notification cycle and you just have to wait if you don’t want to be buzzed constantly.

Some days, it uses stacked notifications while other days, for no apparent reason, the app will bother you to death.

If you’re an Apple Watch user, try a different app.

### 4/5 — I use it all the time. Every day.

*2026-06-04, version 26.4.1*

I use this program to keep track of due dates for hundreds of items. I just wish it had an item count on each separator bar as to how many items follow it. I found it when I was searching for Timetap which regretfully has disappeared from the app store. Thanks.

### 3/5 — Lost prominent reminders I already paid for with previous sub

*2026-05-27, version 26.4*

If I get to keep everything I’ve already previously paid for why am I suddenly no longer able to set prominent reminders and it tells me I have to have a subscription? I could understand if you had to remove prominent reminders from everybody for some weird safety reason or something, but obviously the feature still exists. You seem to have modified it in some way that meets your definition of I have to pay to get it. that will not be happening

### 5/5 — Really well executed app

*2026-05-25, version 26.4*

Really nicely done app. The way you can schedule events with natural language is nice, the various notification and delay options are great, and it feels like the developer really cared about creating a great experience.

For years I’ve used my calendar as a todo list for important things, adding events when I think I might tackle it, but it’s a pain to keep on top of and if you miss an event you have to remember to manually reschedule. This app is basically the structure version of that workflow - items have times (super easy to enter), it reminds you at the time and also makes it trivial to defer by whatever time unit you like.

My one very slight nit is I would love an option to use the standard iOS system font. The one it uses is fine and easy to read, I just like things to look consistent in general. But that’s a minor issue with an otherwise great app. Nice work.

### 4/5 — Great app, wish it synced

*2026-05-24, version 26.4*

Great app, works exactly as needed. My only wish is that the developers would add a sync feature between the mobile app and the MacBook desktop app to keep everything updated across devices.

### 5/5 — Prominent reminders 🙌

*2026-05-21, version 26.4*

I’ve been wanting this feature so badly—thanks!!

### 5/5 — As persistent as you want it to be

*2026-05-21, version 26.4*

Due acts as my daily checklist, my “projects to keep in mind” list, and my “don’t you dare miss this one” list. It covers so much.

### 5/5 — Simply perfect

*2026-05-20, version 26.4*

Been using it daily since day one! If you need reminders, this app is perfect!

### 5/5 — Добавьте время на виджет

*2026-05-10*

Добрый день. Добавьте время задачи на большой виджет. Не всегда удается помнить точное время напоминания даже в нутри дня

### 5/5 — Better than ios

*2026-05-08, version 26.3*

Better than reminders/calender and/or alarms/clock

overrides silent mode and volume being off, which is a must!

### 5/5 — If I could give it 10 stars, I would

*2026-05-07, version 26.3*

I’ve had DUE for longer than I can remember, and I’ve always loved it. It’s simple, it’s easy, and—unlike so many other apps—it doesn’t cost a small fortune. It’s an affordable annual purchase (not an endless subscription), and it does exactly what it promises, in the cleanest and most straightforward way possible.
I never write app reviews because the best apps tend to fade into the background—you use them, rely on them, and stop thinking about them. But this app deserves recognition.
Earlier this year, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and everything suddenly clicked. I realized that DUE has always worked so well for me because of how frictionless it is. When something pops into my head that I need to remember, I can instantly throw it into DUE. No complexity. No setup. No mental overhead.
What truly sets this app apart is the reminder system. I don’t use calendars, task lists, or to‑do apps anymore because things get buried, endlessly snoozed, or turned into meaningless deadlines. DUE is different. If you don’t check something off, it just keeps reminding you—gently but persistently—without you having to manage or reset anything. That “nagging” feature works quietly in the background, doing exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s simple, effective, and honestly kind of genius.
Now, DUE is where everything goes—anything I need to remember, no matter how big or small. And the funny thing is, I appreciate this app more now than I ever did when I downloaded it over five years ago. It continues to improve, continues to get better, and I genuinely don’t know what I would do without it.
Huge appreciation to the people behind this app for keeping it affordable, simple, and incredibly effective. This is the first app review I’ve ever submitted—and it’s long overdue.

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-05-01, version 26.3*

Excellent customer service. Answers inquiries in a timely manner and in terms I can understand and is thorough in their explanations.
Very good.

Previously:

This App has been a winner from the beginning. I use it daily for medication reminders.

There’s so many things that this is useful for. The money I spent on this was such a bargain, I’ve never regretted it.

Keep up the great work.

### 5/5 — Good 😌

*2026-04-30, version 26.3*

Keep it Kool.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App is suddenly crashing upon opening

*2026-04-27, version 26.3*

I’ve used Due for YEARS & love it. Until today. Every time I open the app it crashes upon opening. Yes, my app is updated.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2026-04-11, version 26.3*

Can't even type anything. Waste of money.

### 1/5 — Not good

*2026-04-10, version 26.3*

I have do on my iPad and my iPhone and they don’t sync. Be careful about your purchase.

### 1/5 — Greedy Dev Look Elsewhre

*2026-02-12, version 26.1*

Charging an extra $4.99 a year for something I already purchased is insane. This app can be recreated in a couple of days. Only a fool would give money to this leech.

### 1/5 — Favorite app for years, now unreliable

*2026-01-31, version 25.8*

After upgrading to the latest iPhone, I randomly stop getting notifications until I open the app again. I usually only dismiss alerts via notifications, so this bug keeps happening and I keep forgetting to take meds, rendering the app useless.

I contacted support and they told me my notifications aren't on. 😑
Then how am I getting notifications all the other times?

### 1/5 — Let me return

*2025-03-10, version 25.1*

I didn’t want this and want to return it

### 1/5 — Apple Watch feature disappeared!

*2025-02-16, version 25.1*

Why did I update my app and lose the Apple Watch integration?? An app I paid money for decided I can’t have the watch complication anymore after several years of using it with no issues. I will be requesting a refund and discourage anyone from giving these thieves any money ever again.

### 1/5 — Hideous font, can’t change it

*2025-01-15*

I was hopeful I could switch out of the hideous font the developer chose for this app, because otherwise it has some very cool features, but you can’t. This is an app that should just get out of the way, it doesn’t need to look unique and different to the entire system with this weird font… Very annoying.

### 1/5 — No daily Repeat Feature? Don't Force Me to Edit Review

*2024-09-21*

From Smartshoppennycounter I am a mature customer who can read well, comprehend, and follow a three-step process. I don't understand your directions on how to use this app. I am already giving up. I purchased this subscription a few hours ago, but I'm ready to cackle in the next few hours. I only need an app that shows the simplicity of setting up reminders to repeat daily. Leave alone the weekly repeat. I have spent hours looking for the clarity of the app’s daily repeat feature, and then I am triggered by irrelevant videos in the help section. How can weekly and monthly repeat features be open and accessible to the weekly and monthly repeat gesture but not for the daily feature? How can you only set the time for the day’s reminder but have not made it available or set it up to repeat? Which one comes first? The day of the week? Are you guys kidding with people's time and money? I don't want to watch irrelevant, waste-of-time videos to figure out solutions for what I have paid for. Please implore you to fix this problem, and that will convince me to embrace your persuasive advertisements about efficiency and customer-friendliness. Thanks. Smartshoppennycounter

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A great program, but if it adds an important feature, it will be above the rating.😍🔝

*2026-08-14, version 26.4.3*

I hope you will add a notes feature with the ability to attach images, videos, and audio to projects, as I rely on it very heavily.

### 5/5 — Incredible-Genuinely life changing

*2026-08-01, version 26.4.3*

Perfect to implement GTD and externalize and capture quick thoughts to clarify/act on later. Frees up a lot of mental load knowing I’ll be reminded shortly and can quickly snooze with the preset adjustments. Actually makes me move faster and more efficient knowing I don’t have to worry about forgetting things or my million ideas through the day.

Areas of consideration include: searchable tags with “#” that auto sort ie groceries or contexts like “@grocerystore”, better shortcut implementation, a floating add due button on the bottom right so I don’t have to reach to the top right corner or a gesture to quickly go into the new task wizard/window (edit. Swiping down works great to add new)

### 5/5 — Priceless

*2026-07-23, version 26.4.3*

This is an app I use every day to keep track of things that need to get done but don't have a specific deadline. Gladly paid for the new functionality.

### 5/5 — So useful

*2026-07-20, version 26.4.3*

I love this app. So simple but so useful. It’s not a task manager. It’s for when there’s a specific time you must remember to do something. Ie, boss says “call me at 3:15pm”

### 5/5 — Simple, effective, flexible and well thought out.

*2026-07-12, version 26.4.3*

I’m updating my review to reflect that I learned a great deal about how much more depth and richness there is to this app then I knew; strongly recommend watching the short introductory video. This app really demonstrates how the right UI design can lead to outstanding performance and satisfaction.

### 5/5 — Request

*2026-07-06, version 26.4.3*

Hello there (developer); can you add the possibility to add picture/pictures to the  app? Thank you. I totally recommend this application.

### 5/5 — Canning survive ADD without it!

*2026-06-24, version 26.4.2*

Just simply the best. Simp,e yet elegantly personalizes. The ability to set your own speed snooze buttons is hands down best feature. Paid version worth it if you’re very distractable or use multiple devices daily.

### 5/5 — Makes life easier

*2026-06-15, version 26.4.2*

I strongly recommend this app to anyone who struggles with ADHD. This is the best way to be notified. I just need to be able to create tasks easily and straightforward and have them actually remind you every five minutes. This includes daily tasks once a week tasks once a month tasks and it’s perfect and it’s simple. Definitely worth a one time payment for what this app is able to help me do.

### 5/5 — Reliable Nagging for Important Events

*2026-06-13, version 26.4.2*

I’ve used this for more than 10 years. It’s a great app that I can rely on to not miss deadlines. I can set due dates years into the future, and this app has regular updates, and has just been getting better and better. ❤️

### 5/5 — Simple and effective!

*2026-06-06, version 26.4.1*

Due makes it easy for me to set up custom reminders. I use it daily for work and personal use.
