NEW: Binder View
• See your collection laid out like a real binder — 9 cards per page (or choose
  4 or 12), swipe page to page, with a page counter.
• Every copy you own gets its own slot.
• Sort it your way, including "Monsters, then Spells, then Traps (A-Z)" to match
  how many collectors organize their binders.
• Find it under the ⋯ menu in My Cards → "View in Binder."

ALSO NEW
• All Cards now shows how many copies you own on each row.
• Automatic backups: your collection is quietly backed up as you make changes,
  with one-tap restore in Settings.
• Optional Auto-Refresh on Launch: check for card updates and download any new
  images when you open the app (it skips the download when nothing has changed).
• Card detail now shows the card's name at the top, with its list position as a
  subtitle — no more cut-off names.
• New settings: show/hide the card position number, sort a card's sets by set
  code, stronger haptics with an on/off toggle, and cards-per-page for the binder.

IMPROVEMENTS & FIXES
• Much faster and smoother when adding cards, opening cards, and paging the binder.
• Fixed the owned-count sometimes showing a stale number in All Cards.
• Alphabetical sorting now ignores punctuation, so "A/D Changer" sorts with the
  A-D names instead of jumping to the top.
• Easier-to-clear backup names.
