## What is Duely?

Duely is the occupancy tax tracker built for short-term rental hosts. Airbnb and Vrbo collect lodging tax in some places — but not everywhere. Where they don't, you are the one legally responsible for collecting it from guests and remitting it to the city, county, or state. Miss a filing and the fines land on you, not the platform.

Duely makes sure that never happens. Log each booking, and Duely calculates the occupancy tax you owe per property, separates what the platform already remitted from what you still have to file yourself, and reminds you before every deadline.

No spreadsheets. No downloading CSVs and doing the math by hand. No nasty surprise two months after you already spent the money.
