Upon opening the app I’m presented with the UI and in place of the Camera Feed I see a black screen a second passes by and app crashes, keep in mind I’m using the latest iOS update on an iPhone 11 Pro
I’ve tried getting a refund trough Apple and they keep denying it

Não está funcionando iPhone XR. Corrigir urgente. Paguei o aplicativo precisa funcionar estava funcionando na anterior agora não funciona mais, resolvam pois foi pago. Ou devolvam o dinheiro.

Don’t know what happened but before the updates it worked fine on iPhone XSMax but now I cannot record anything with paid version of the app. Tried contact support but denied service on website. Would Love it if it worked!!! Darn it!

Hi there,

The sound quality is much worse than on the native iphone camera app. it appears that it only records from the front and does not record from the back which makes it hard to use this app for interviews. 

Is there anyway to fix this? 

I tried messaging customer support on your website but the contact form had an error and told me to try again later. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Audio is actually working very good, and on the next update I’ll give users the choice to direct their audio capture more to the back facing camera than to the front facing one like it is right now. If you record while switching pip positions and listen to the recording carefully you’ll understand what I mean.

I have an iPhone XS and downloaded this app,but it’s absolutely unstable and useless. I deleted and downloaded it again,but no luck. Will definitely seek a refund.

Update: Seems to be working today,but yesterday it wasn’t. 50/50 probability therefore 3 stars. (Was 1).

Resolution is locked to 1080p 30fps - the concept is good but I can’t even save the videos to my camera roll.  Can’t see much use at all - yes I can use a convoluted process of emailing / airdropping to eventually get the vid where I want but it’s painful

Takes great video but on every long video I’ve taken with it, the video gets out of sync and delayed with the audio.  Only video can be used in that case.  I had originally thought I could use it to record some synced video with audio on my MC rides. Only video can be used unless you want to laugh with the video delays with out of synch audio!

I feel this is a great app. I’ve been able to create videos of things I was making and able to have a picture in a picture at the same time the price is great. so far I have never had an issue. I haven’t use it in a long time and I was watching one of my old videos that I made with it and I start using again thank you for keeping the app alive.
