## What is DueTogether?

We built Due Together for our own household. We wanted one place we could both check to see what's due, what's been paid, and which account it's coming out of.

Every bill goes in by hand. There's no bank connection and nothing gets imported, which is deliberate: typing a bill in and checking it off is what keeps us paying attention.

Autopay bills don't get a pass either. They stay "Scheduled," with the date the money actually comes out, until one of you looks at the account and marks them cleared.

Invite your partner and you'll both see the same bills on your own phones. You can tell who paid what, and you'll get a notification when the other person pays something or changes a bill.

What you can do with it:
• See what's overdue, what's due this week, and what's coming up later
• Know how much is left to pay this month, and which account it comes out of
• Look at a calendar of due dates
• Mark payments as sent and in transit for the ones that take a few days to land
• Keep a rough estimate for bills that change every month, like power and water
• Get reminders with the amount and the account, and mark a bill paid right from the notification
• Scroll back through past months, so a missed bill is easy to spot
• See what your bills add up to over a year, and which ones went up

It isn't a budgeting app. There are no spending categories or charts of where your money went, just bills.

Your bills stay on your phone and in your own iCloud. There are no ads and nothing to sign up for, and we can't see any of it.

Subscription
Due Together is free to download. Adding bills and marking them paid needs a subscription: $2.99 a month or $24.99 a year, both with a two-week free trial, and one subscription covers both of you. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. If you stop subscribing, you can still see everything and reminders keep coming.

Prices are in US dollars and may vary in other countries.
