## What is DUEVI Alarm PRO?

DUEVI Alarm PRO makes available on your iOS device the control of the control panels manufactured by Duevi and equipped with GSM.
The app lets you create pre-set SMS messages and send them to the control panel at the touch of a button.
You can control your system comfortably from your mobile device anytime and anywhere, by simply sending SMS commands.
With a few touches you have the ability to arm, disarm or partially arm the control panel, check its status, etc.
The app allows you to manage up to 10 different installed panels: one app to control all of your facilities (home, office, business, and so on).

Sono un utilizzatore a lungo termine di questa app antifurto e sono molto deluso dalla persistenza di un grave bug che inficia l'esperienza d'uso. Il problema principale è che dopo un certo periodo di inattività, l'app si blocca e mostra solo una schermata bianca all'apertura successiva. Questo è un difetto estremamente fastidioso, specialmente considerando l'importanza di un'app di sicurezza che dovrebbe rimanere reattiva e pronta a rispondere in ogni momento.

Ho segnalato questo problema al team di sviluppo molto tempo fa, ma purtroppo sembra che non abbiano ancora trovato una soluzione adeguata. Questo è davvero frustrante, considerando che si tratta di un'app che dovrebbe offrire tranquillità e sicurezza agli utenti.

Spero che questa recensione serva da incentivo per il produttore a prendere sul serio la correzione di questo bug e ad aggiornare l'app al più presto. È fondamentale che un'app antifurto funzioni in modo affidabile, altrimenti perde completamente la sua utilità. Per ora, devo purtroppo dare solo due stelle a questa app, sperando che migliorerà in futuro.
