Great drinks compliment the good food. And the MVP program is actually really awesome if you frequent the restaurant. The app is a nice touch. It helps keep track of your rewards and points with the delivery option as a definite plus. It’s a good app but it could be great if you updated the menu to reflect your in store specials as well as adding tracking for deliveries. It’s annoying having to call in to find out where my order is when the driver doesn’t arrive within the delivery window. ### 1/5 — Useless App - JUST USE THE CARD!!!! *2018-12-31, version 4.6* Resetting password doesn't work, horribly unreliable app. Point data off by 25%. Now you have to scroll through the list and if while scrolling you accidentally touch a store you are instantly checked in to that store and can't change it. Doesn’t tell you about the order you just placed anywhere on the app. Tells you it will be ready at 4:15 am when they aren’t even open then. After adding in mvp points and selecting cc as payment I got a popup saying that I needed to pick a later pickup time, which wouldn’t have been an issue except the stupid D logo animation was floating on the app, disabling the entire app. Waste of my time; had to call in the order. ### 1/5 — Hire a Product Manager *2022-10-09, version 5.2* The concept/App has an awesome potential, but you need to put the responsibility to the customer to pickup the card and register themselves, let them download the app, enter the card number, do everything themselves, then when used, the store scan it, all good. Today my Duffy’s need to do the registration, I gave my email, DOB, details at least 5 times, and cannot register in the app, error always, coming back, provide the Card to them… I do not exist…. this is a failure. Our bartender Dave was polite and friendly during our visit. He was attentive and answered all our questions about the menu. We will definitely be back and will certainly look for Dave! Linda/Margate ### 5/5 — Excellent *2019-05-04, version 4.6* Went with my sister for a late lunch. It was 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted and seated immediately by the friendliest people. Our server, Anthony, was fabulous. His suggestions were right on. I had the California Chicken sandwich which was awesome. My sister had your every day cheeseburger but this burger was “superb” in her opinion. Drinks were never empty, we didn’t have to look for Anthony at all as he was on top of his game. Knew exactly how to treat a customer. Such a kind and polite young man. I will definitely be frequenting this establishment more often. The prices were very decent. Total bill including 2 round of drinks was only $55. I recommend Duffy’s. It gets very busy around 5:00 so if you don’t like crowds, go earlier. Even after the dinner crowds arrived, we weren’t rushed out (we had been there 2 hours) and still had Anthony’s complete attention. Dress is casual. Plenty of parking. I forgot to join the rewards program. I must do that. ### 5/5 — Super Helpful!!!!
