Had to call and correct the address. ### 4/5 — Good app *2024-10-14, version 3.13.0* It’s nice to be able to book a taxi ahead of time and know when it arrives. My only complaint is that right off the but it wants to book a ride. When you want to review your scheduled ride it is a little hard to locate where it is. Very easy to get a cab and you can see real-time available cars on the map. I selected “pay in cab”, which I did and the app still charged my credit card both times!! Also you CANNOT select that you want a wheelchair van or just a van in general. It’s either “whatever is available” or “no vans”. Once I booked for the 9th time, the app said the driver arrived only for me to realize the bozo of a driver decided to take other people than the person who booked it. (Everyone complaining about Duffy’s service on here is getting it wrong. You are rating the APP not Duffy’s in general. There was no wait time or tolls as I was waiting outside for the driver. I was charged 30% extra for waiting!! Customer service keeps dropping my calls. Never again! Once you re-download the app it will always say your email is already in use and you’ll never be able to use it again. Simple, works well and much better than the Uber app. Two requests: 1. Please add the ability to add a tip after the trip has ended. I don’t think it’s fair to ask for a tip before having a chance to judge the trip. Restaurants don’t do it this way. Uber doesn’t either. 2. (Stretch goal) Could you add better compatibility when using it from different time zones? If I’m in an earlier time zone (EST) it doesn’t do the conversion to CST. It also doesn’t allow a pick up to be scheduled in the “past” even though it would net the future in Winnipeg time.
