They took the money and said it is for 1 year subscription And taking the money they not even called once We tried to connect with them and at the time of taking money they said they will do all the things manage account and give alot of sale. But its not like that at they took the money and few days later when I continuously approached them they said u need to run ad by yourself on insta and facebook by that ad run u may rcv order and the ad worth rs. 50,000. So i need to ask What is the use of your platform? We can run ad on Facebook or instgram by ourselves Why do we money to you And run ad by ourselves. It’s just a fraud. While exploring I couldn’t excess there lot of features and was asked to subscribe to excess all there features. Thinking that I’m on 7 day free trial I subscribed to Gold plan on 12th Jan 23 around 11:30 p.m.. As I was genuinely thinking of shifting to there platform, as soon as I subscribed my account was debited 3999/-. Next day on 13th Jan 23 morning I mailed them asking why I was debited?? So in the beginning they replied saying your Trial period is over, so you were debited. When I told them I just downloaded the APP yesterday and it’s not even 24 hours. They changed there track and said you had 7 day free trial then why did you subscribed? I explained them that at any platform when you are on trial period and you subscribe to any APP they never charge you till your trial period is not over. In return they just sent the mail your ticket is closed. I was a genuine customer thinking of shifting to Dukaan platform. But there act has shown how greedy these guys are. So it’s ok that you cheated and got Rs. 3999/- but no more. But lost a permanent customer. I have never experienced such a fast and intuitive set up experience, and I really do think this platform is a game changer. However, it is clear that there are still many features, including very simple, one, such as allowing us to tweak the design of your shopfront templates, that you still need to implement fast to become a genuine rival to Shopify. Other than that, you’re probably better than them already in many regards.
