## What is Dukan Premium?

The new Dukan Premium application follows the previous one which was very successful in many countries around the world.
All current slimming applications operate in “self-service” mode where everyone can easily display their weight on a curve, choose their calorie consumption, record their drinks and the number of their steps.

The official Dukan application has only one objective: TO MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT with one or other of the two Dukan methods, the strong or the gentle depending on your case.
Both are based on free access to proteins and vegetables and the refusal of Carbs, total to lose weight then controlled so as not to gain weight again.
Its structure is due to its composition in 4 phases: two to lose weight, the short and lightning Attack and the Cruise which leads to the Right Weight. And two other phases, Consolidation and Stabilization to protect this result. Which makes it considered one of the most effective in the world.

Very frustrating experience.

The app repeatedly rejects the correct password, making it impossible to log in reliably. The password reset process is also inconsistent — you’re told one thing, but the actual flow doesn’t work as expected. In some cases, codes are sent but not accepted, which points to serious issues with the system.

What’s worse is the support response: instead of investigating the problem, they blame the user and question basic device usage, which is completely unprofessional.

An app that fails at basic login functionality and then shifts responsibility to the user is not ready for use.

**Developer response:** Hello, as we kindly explained several times in our emails, there are no system issues; rather, you’ve made typing errors with your login details, such as leaving a space before or after your email address or password (a space counts as a character!). 
The app doesn’t send any codes; it’s your Apple device’s settings that require this, and we have no control over that. This is confirmed by the fact that no other users are experiencing login or password reset issues. Best regards. L'équipe Dukan Premium.

I never got to use the app. It would not let choose metric or Anglo saxon, and therefore you could not input anymore information. Unless app.
