Later they asked to send more documents and deposit money. Quite complicated to operate the account with them. They don’t have enough staff. ### 1/5 — Worst Support *2024-11-07, version 2.28* Get ready for the worst support possible. The support is incapable of writing more than 1 email per day (at most). Any non-trivial question will drag on for a week or more. The support feels free to ignore direct questions. Ive asked them two times whether it’s ok to make a transfer to my wife’s account and they simply ignored the questions. At the same time, the support is absentminded. You’re asking them something and the answer is about something else. For example, you’re asking about the Global Equity Limit and the answer is about Quarterly Incoming Limit. Another problem is the bank likes to operate via threats, like “Provide more details about the transaction or your account is going to be blocked.” While the transaction is literally the salary from the employer that matches the contract I’ve provided the bank beforehand! ### 1/5 — Rating *2024-11-01, version 2.28* The star is just to comment, they deserve -♾️ stars, support take too long to reply, they block to your account deposit, not all features are available on my country, maximumu account deposit is 3000$ per semester, i asked to change my region when i was studying in Spain, i’m back to my country and they still asking proofs 😂 ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2024-08-08, version 2.26* If you're Saudi and considering this for crypto, stay away. Aunque se elija el lenguaje Español (3º idioma más hablado del mundo) partes de la app siguen estando en inglés. Es decir el esfuerzo de esta entidad para que sus clientes les entiendan es cercano a 0. Comisiones por todo o más. Ejemplo: Vendes 5 monedas que te “regalan” por abrir una cuenta por valor de 12,55€ y te cobran una comisión de 11,25€ un chollo. Soporte tipo Cecotec (inútil) da igual que digas no te van a hacer ni caso y te van a redirigir a una plataforma automática que evidentemente no resuelve un problema. Bloqueo de cuenta: AUNQUE NO HAGAS NADA ILEGAL NI NO PERMITIDO TE BLOQUEAN LA CUENTA Y TE QUEDAS CON CADA DE IDIOTA. Ejemplo: tu hermano te hace una transferencia para ayudarte a comprar un sofá y te bloquean la cuenta hasta que presentes un contrato. Se lo facilitas, compras el sofá y te bloquean la cuenta hasta que les des la factura…. Votre procédure est inutilement compliquée et kafkaïenne. J’ai déjà expliqué ma situation en détail lors de l’appel vidéo avec votre agent mais au lieu d’avancer vous m’avez noyé sous des questionnaires absurdes et redondants et répétitifs. C’est une perte de temps totale et une façon inacceptable de traiter des clients potentiels. Pendant que vous multipliez les obstacles, une autre banque, beaucoup plus sérieuse et professionnelle a su ouvrir mon compte rapidement sans me faire tourner en rond. Cela prouve que vos méthodes ne relèvent pas d’une exigence nécessaire, mais bien d’un dysfonctionnement de votre service. Je clos donc définitivement ce dossier et je ne manquerai pas de partager mon expérience afin d’éviter à d’autres de perdre leur temps comme je l’ai fait chez vous. Никому не рекомендую! *2025-05-21, version 2.28* Отправил своей жене 100 долларов с американской карты на её счёт в Dukascopy. Деньги были переведены официально, через систему, всё по правилам. В итоге банк более трёх недель морочил голову и утверждал, что никакой транзакции не видит! Хотя отправляющий банк (ShipMoney) дал чёткий и однозначный ответ: "Банк вернул перевод из-за своей внутренней политики. Мы получили обратно только 60 долларов, которые будут зачислены обратно на карту." Потеря — 40 долларов! Просто испарились! Как так можно работать? Почему клиент вообще должен терять деньги из-за "внутренней политики", о которой никто заранее не предупреждает? Почему нельзя было сразу отклонить платёж, если он "не подходит", а не держать средства несколько недель и потом просто "обрезать" сумму? Абсолютно неприемлемое отношение к клиентам, полное отсутствие прозрачности, никакой помощи или ответственности! Dukascopy — разочарование и финансовый риск.
