And in the past year it need work. The app just stops working about every other day and I have to delete and reinstall it. Please fit the problem ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit works when it wants to *2021-10-16, version 4.37.141* Mobile deposit continually fails with a message to endorse “for deposit only” regardless of how clearly it is written. Worthless app if I can’t even make deposits. ### 1/5 — Says I need MFM middleware. No further guidance *2021-04-14, version 4.37.141* So out of the blue, the app now says that MFM middleware is needed and that I must configure the URL in order to use the DUFCU app. No further guidance was provided. SMH. App is now useless. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous policies that you can’t see your account *2021-01-20, version 4.37.141* You pay your bill every month in full, whatever it says you owe. Then it turns out you owe like $.01 or $.05 more than what it tells you that you owed and they lock your account so then you have no clue what your balance is and you just have to guess. Why doesn’t it say whatever you actually owe or give you like a time. It’s freaking insane to keep locking ones account over .05 when they’ve paid what it says what was owed when logging in. The first time this happened it took like 30 minutes with one of the reps trying to figure out what happened. What other banks or credit card lock your account where you can’t login so you can’t see what you owe and PAY YOUR BILL? ### 1/5 — Seems to be getting worse with each update *2018-12-31, version 4.19.115* Mobile deposit didn’t work in last version, now I can’t do transfers. ### 1/5 — Badly needed updates *2018-12-25, version 3.11.236* With new iOS and iPhones, Face ID doesn’t work and you can’t give permission to the camera for i- mobile deposits! It lets me check my balance quickly and securely (using fingerprint access) and allows me to transfer money easily. I-mobile deposits are super easy and transfer to account instantly (with a max of like 150 then the rest comes in a day or two later) as long as you have legible hand-writing, which is seems like many people who review this don’t have. 10/10 would recommend ### 5/5 — Great way to keep up with banking *2012-08-16, version 2.1.65* Great way to keep up with your banking, while on the run. Find it easier than going to web site. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall which gets annoying after the 16th time. Other than that the app is pretty good and much improved judging by the older reviews. Just get the login screen better and it will improve the app by a mile!!! ### 2/5 — Mobile deposit is USELESS *2019-09-22, version 4.19.115* It works fine for looking at your statements, transferring funds, etc. But if you want to do mobile deposit, forget it. It requires that you endorse your check “for deposit only” (which is fine), but is completely unable to recognize that you have indeed done so. Mobile check does not work...freezes every time I try it since I got the app. Very disappointing that this issue has not been resolved by now. ### 2/5 — Spartan *2014-12-08, version 2.3.6* The knock on Duke FCU is the lack of ATMs and branches.
