When I finally got ahold of the Duke.ai they were very fast at responding to all of my concerns and issues. The app is a great tool to use for on the road for record keeping; Also, I have received all of my P&L‘s in a very timely manner every month. I will highly recommend this company to anyone I meet on the road. Duke has been very helpful for my business throughout the year and especially now as I’m preparing to file taxes. The feature is dope that you all have added banking connection. This app is very affordable as a business owner who needs accounting without big expenses. Tools that will give your reports of expenses, profits, tax estimators, and profit and loss statements. The P&L statements are very helpful as well to secure a loan or line of credit for your business. I downloaded Duke.ai about 3 ½ years ago and I cant recall a time when it didn't operate as expected. I love with this startup is doing also in the community by helping engineers and entrepreneurs win in this space. The on duty mileage tracker, auto IFTA tracker, federal & asset deductions, and etc instantly gained my interest. The app makes it easy to track daily activities and manage important documents at a very low cost! The customer care team is also excellent! They answered all of my questions and concerns, so I could quickly get back to business. Oh yea side note but I gotta tell this... the owner/developer Marcus gave his info on the Truck n Hustle podcast and said personally contact him if you had any questions and I gotta say I didn’t believe it. BUT when I reached out to him he immediately answered back!! That made it even more of a go for me!! ### 5/5 — Amazing app for truck driver book keeping *2021-04-02, version 2.3.4* Their automation process is flawless. Literally upload anything expense wise and settlements and the app does the rest. It creates a weekly report and calculates all of your deductions for you so you don’t have have to. Although it’s a great app, there are some changes and developments I would like to see: 1. The interface is a little slow and everytime I switch the tab I get the loading logo even if it’s just for a second. 2. Duke cuts out the unnecessary steps and makes everything easier on me…I Send rate con to driver, driver takes pic of BOL and then submit to factoring, no unnecessary back and forth… price is more than worth it!! ### 5/5 — Excellent app for truckers *2023-07-05, version 5.12.0* This app is extremely awesome. The owner( Marcus Cookley) personally did a zoom call with me. He is a very patient man, and explained the app to my satisfaction. I worked as a lease on and contract driver. This is the first time for me as a full blown owner operator. Mr Cookley was still patient with me, at times explained himself twice.
