## What is DUKTEM?

Can't make it to a Korean pop-up? A fan in Korea can shop for you.
Want something from a Korean online store? Ask DUKTEM.

DUKTEM helps you buy K-merch from Korean pop-up stores and online shops.

■ Ask a fan to shop for you
Tell us which pop-up and items you want. A fan visiting the store, called a mate, buys them at the store price. Service fees and shipping costs are charged separately.

■ Request Korean online purchases
Send the product link from a Korean online shop. DUKTEM helps with purchasing and shipping.

■ Receipts and item photos checked
DUKTEM checks the receipts and item photos uploaded by mates.

■ Overseas shipping or pickup in Seoul
Have your items shipped to an overseas address, or pick them up at our hub in the Seongsu area of Seoul. International shipping costs are calculated using the weight of the final packed box. We let you know the amount and charge it separately before dispatch.

■ Connect with other fans
Chat with fans around the world using automatic translation.
