## What is Dulceo?

Just got a lab number you weren't expecting? Dulceo turns it into a picture you can actually work with.

Enter your A1C or fasting glucose and Dulceo shows where you sit on the reference ranges published by the American Diabetes Association — education, not a diagnosis. Add your weight and activity level and Pro builds your Window: a weight range grounded in the landmark Diabetes Prevention Program study, paced week by week to your next retest.

RUN YOUR NINETY LOOP
Blood sugar wellness has a natural rhythm: retest roughly every 90 days. Dulceo makes the countdown visible, reminds you when the window approaches, and starts the next Loop when you log the new number.

LOGGING THAT TAKES SECONDS, NOT WILLPOWER
— Weight: one tap, or synced from Apple Health
— Meals: the 3-toggle Plate Check (fiber first? solid protein? light on refined carbs?) — no food database, no calorie counting, ever
— Labs: A1C and fasting glucose trends with the ADA bands shaded

PRO
The full Window plan and projection chart, 7 plate-method meal frameworks, a food lookup with glucose-impact bands, waist and blood-pressure fields, and a one-page PDF summary to bring to your next appointment.

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
No account. No cloud. No analytics. Your health data never leaves your phone — Dulceo has no servers to send it to.
