The website recommended and directed me to this app. However, none of this range is available. Basically useless ### 1/5 — Ian *2026-08-11, version 41.3.0* Rubbish, looking at videos of older version looks good. This one is clumpy can’t select adjacent walls or ceilings in different colours! There is nothing intuitive about this app, projects disappear regularly and adding mixer colours is not easy. This is not a quick way to visualise how a room may look on your chosen colour or to quickly swap them around. No search by colours by the names on the shade cards or by the product line. No labels on the multi colour selection view. No ability it seems to separate the walls from the ceiling 🤷🏼‍♂️. The app is not intuitive, every step change is torture, it’s simply a pain in the arse to use. I was left saying to myself - sod it, I’ll just buy some white trade paint and paint the walls and ceilings the same. Dulux- if you want people to not freak out with this app make it easier to use or provide some basic instructions. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2026-04-13, version 41.2.6* Absolute joke. Obviously fake reviews ### 1/5 — All my projects lost *2026-01-08, version 41.2.4* I used this app to choose colours for decorating the whole house and it was great to use. I saved 11 colour projects on it, but they are now lost since the last update that cleared them all from the app although it still says they are there. When I go to manage projects nothing appears and there’s only a search option. It’s so annoying as I need to redecorate rooms owing to water damage and wanted to use the same colours again. Is there any way a developer could sort the app, or suggest a fix so that I can retrieve my projects? The App Support only takes me to the app FAQs etc. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-01-07, version 41.2.4* I want to visualise a chimney breast in a contrasting colour to the walls either side. It paints everything in just one colour. Please share your finished project with us @duluxuk. ### 5/5 — Tip *2022-07-02* Saturday 2 July 2022/ Title; Tip Hello dulux reviewers, for the help you may need, try a tester pot on a small piece of embossed wallpaper, attach to wall with blu tac 🌷 or masking tape (make a circle of tape and attach it to the back of paper - like we used to with posters as kids) and put a sample in each area of the room eg, dark areas away from windows, behind doors, around light switches. Then you’ll get an idea of how well it works (or not) 🌷 Someone told me about this tip years ago so I’m passing it on. Masking is also pretty hit or miss - mostly miss. Also, having the ability to zoom in on a photo, would allow for greater precision in selecting walls to fill in.
