I was nervous that they hadn’t gotten everything and I’d have to start over again. I told the tech this and she didn’t seem to care. It was a very stressful and uncomfortable situation. I’ve place the request twice and have not heard back. I’ve been out of my medication for over a week. Is this health care????? Not in my book. ### 1/5 — Patient Care Is NOT Their Thing *2026-07-15, version 11.7.2* Recently switched to Duly after bad experiences with another clinic that canceled the last of a series of vaccines appt due to no tech in the office - needed an MA to give a shot and over-billing me that a grievance with my insurer took care of. Now Duly has failed too. Delay in patient treatment is a huge mistake…one that they can be sued for. That’s what I have experienced with them.
