*Chase with more precision*
Chasers can now be filtered by age group, so you're racing times from athletes in your own bracket. We've also added a 15th percentile option alongside 5%, 25%, average and 75%; useful if the gap between the top 5% and 25% was too big a jump. Run benchmarks now show a per-kilometre pace breakdown too.
*New: Hyrox Sim*
Pick between two modes at the start of a workout. Flexi is the mode you already know; rearrange stations on the fly when the gym is busy. Hyrox Sim is for classes and full simulations: Rox Zone transitions are added between every exercise with their own running timer, the station order is locked, and the display stays on so you're not flicking your wrist mid-race. Your total Rox Zone time appears as its own bar on the performance chart.

We know that some people will deload thier workout volume before a Hyrox competion. So we have added a percentage volume selector in the ’Select’ Screen. This will dynamically adjust the race paces too.

This update introduces a brand-new welcome experience for first-time users — a three-screen onboarding flow that walks you through tracking your times, rearranging your workout on the fly from your wrist, and racing your friends or the elite. We've also added a new "How to use" guide, accessible right from the home screen, with step-by-step screenshots covering everything from progressing and freezing your workout to rearranging exercises, using Chasers, and getting help on the watch. On the watch, we smoothed out the start screen's motion effect so it's no longer jumpy. In Settings, you can now quickly leave a review or email the developer, and Pro benefits are spelled out more clearly. Plus a handful of visual polish tweaks throughout. Thanks for using Dumb Hyrox!
