I enjoy how simple and direct this app is. It’s a great app to keep track of my workouts. They only annoying part is that I listen to music while I workout and the app keeps pausing my music when ads appear and when I click on the workout. If it would not pause my music this app out be great!

Great circuit exercises. Love them all. The adds are somewhat annoying, but manageable. Hope they can add a feature to pay to limit the apps. The only downside is that you can’t listen to music while you use the app. Hope the developers get that fixed.

This is by far the greatest app, no need for subscription or anything! Everything is free, not too many ads either. This is how you know that they care about you becoming the best version of yourself! Zyzz is proud of you🔱

I don’t know anything about working out with dumbbells and I’ve never been a fan of watching videos or reading too much about it (sometimes articles can be super long.) I found this to be direct, quick to learn and easy to get back to doing the workout after reading the quick snippet.

It has ads but overall doesn’t bother me because it’s a free app. Thanks!
