## What is Dunekeep?

Dunekeep is a step-by-step sandcastle guide for your day at the beach.

Pick a design, and Dunekeep walks you through building it — one illustrated step at a time, with the technique drawings, timers, and tips you need to get it standing.

Castles and keeps, pyramids and temples, sphinxes, creatures, and drip towers. Every design shows its difficulty, build time, and how many hands it needs — so you can pick something that fits your crew and your afternoon.

Each step comes with a clear technique drawing and a short caption. Timers tell you when to let a layer drain or set. A family mode rewrites every step in kid-friendly language, so younger builders can follow along too.

Short courses on the skills behind good sand building — packing, carving, drip work, and picking the right spot on the beach. Technique first. Castles follow.

Turn a beach day into a contest. Set a timer, name your teams, and let Dunekeep run the countdown with milestone alerts and a simple judges' checklist. No scores kept — just bragging rights.

Save a photo of every build and watch your beach stats grow: builds finished, designs tried, time in the sand.

Home screen widgets show your current build and a featured design of the day — a small reminder that the beach is waiting.

Grab a bucket. The tide is out.
