### 2/5 — Great idea but terrible mechanics

This is a great idea but here is where you went wrong.

Randomly selected party members after the first.  Many times you will loose the fight because the wrong party members are in your party or never show up before the hero you did select dies.

Ability reward of party members not yet in your party.  Infrequently you will be rewarded with an ability for a party member that has yet to be randomly provided to you yet.  Then when you get the party member after the fact they do not have the ability you had received previously…

When you put those two things together after the first few dungeons it becomes an unwelcome slog of grinding where you depend completely on luck and not skill.

Games been a lot of fun but my main issue is the lack of expansion. The game is very straight forward but there’s not much else to it. The progression from the 4th to 5th dungeon is so substantial that I har been stuck on it for over a month now as well. Grinding to get stronger doesn’t seem to even make a dent on the level either. Games really fun but wish there was more to do to become stronger or a faster way to speed up the runs to help grind a little faster.

So far I enjoy the game, the main issue I personally have is how long a fight can take, much less how long it takes to clear a dungeon. Maybe there can be a 2x or even a 4x so boss fights don’t take minutes.
Perhaps you can also add a way to skip cutscenes, buying talents, choosing a perk after each chest, moving to the next room. Each takes a few seconds, and as the dungeons get bigger the more time is wasted
