Some text boxes overlap others so you can’t see important info. I clicked a science upgrade node and I cannot see the science cost for the first upgrade, I have to click until I have sufficient science for the upgrade to start… ridiculous. What boggles my mind is that some comments like mine are from 1-2 years ago, the developer answered saying « I’ve sent your comment to the team » but there still is no fix. The main one being when in the research module, should be a row of 4 options but due to screen size it shows 3 options with the 4th being awkwardly pushed to the next line. It also obscures the cost of the first module as well. Je m’explique, si on veut uniquement sélectionner un personnage, il faut absolument désélectionner l’autre personnage du groupe, alors qu’il serait bien plus simple de pouvoir cliquer sur un personnage pour le désélectionner simplement. You will be challenged often, both in the decisions you make exploring, but in how you invest your finite resources. The steep learning curve really does beg for. A more thorough tutorial, perhaps via a curated run of a few floors to show mechanics better. Also, why is the startup load so unskippable -and- long? ### 2/5 — Good game, bad UI on ipad *2023-08-30* Have this game on PC and it’s pretty nice, but on my iPad pro it’s quite bad. UI is very unwieldy and annoying. Game requires making some quick decisions and the UI doesn’t help. Auf einem Tablet bestimmt toll, da das Max aber das größte ist, kein Spiel fürs Handy. (Elevator dialogue only allows 2-3 letters per line) (Research menu moves the 4th upgrade to the bottom of the screen, cutting off research costs for both 1st and 4th upgrade) (Hero skills stack downwards in the skill menu, cutting off tooltip tabs on the skills.) > Hotswapping heroes can be a little wonky sometimes when you need to activate individual skills or do a lot of different things in a rapid timeframe. > No co-op :( — Good things! > The game plays remarkably well and smooth, mostly indistinguishable from the alternative platforms. First of all for a roguelike, the gameplay loop should be 1-2 hours. This game expects you to traverse 12 floors of a dungeon. And every floor has the same mechanics… there’s nothing different or interesting on any floor. The way you have to click to deselect heroes is tedious and results in many mishaps. Big endless legend fan but this game is not fun, sorry. You walk around and open doors and over again, how is that fun? Sometimes monsters spawn, sometimes they don’t. UI elements are unnecessarily enlarged, but art seems to be the same size? Comparing to the previous port this is a major step back in usability. Elements that used to be perfectly legible are actually worse here somehow. (Weapon type icons on characters are a blurry, illegible mess.) Nearly every change I can see seems like a step backwards from the original UX. I think I have 50 hours or so in the game, and I’ve only gotten to the end ONCE. A true sign of quality and care. A challenge is a thinking mans friend. The troglodytes who hate this game should stick to Fortnite. Leave the real games to us.
