After latest update, I am unable to login because the company want to save money by not sending OTP (text message) to phone numbers. It’s shame on you to represent Dunkin this way.

I installed the app and when I tried to verify my phone they never sent me a verification code so the app is useless I sent an email to customer service again they never replied this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous… all this while i’m at the store waiting ….. never had this issue on dunkin.us very bad app and service
