One thing I love about this app is that it gives you rewards. One thing I don’t like about this app is that it’s because it confuses me sometimes but I feel like I’m getting the hang of it. I have ordered so many lemonades and donuts online only to be told when I get there that they are out. It is super frustrating because they just say they are out, and do not suggest what you can have in place of it. For the past few years I’ve ordered my morning coffee through a Siri shortcut integration and it has been great. This latest update has removed shortcut integrations and broke the previously made shortcuts. Terrible update. After the latest update the Car Play no longer worked. I reached out to Dunkin via email and was asked to call in to let them know I’m having an issue with Car Play. According to the representative that I was speaking with, Car Play was discontinued with the latest update!
