But it has been such a pain not being able to load funds into the app to pay by scanning and earning points seamlessly. However, this app leaves much to be desired. So many times the baristas can’t get my payment from it. It is a quirky app. When you try to reload your card because you know it’s low, it annoyingly pops up a message that your balance is low. Well duh! That’s why I’m trying to reload—completely unnecessary pop-up message.
