DUNN S.I.R. is a mobile-first maritime inspection app using Speech-to-Text (STT), designed to work seamlessly offline — ideal even in areas without Wi-Fi or data coverage.

All data, images, and notes remain 100% private and stored solely on the user’s device, ensuring complete confidentiality with no cloud upload or interaction with DUNN S.I.R.

With instant, correctly compiled text and images, the app generates professional inspection reports in PDF — saving users 70–120 man-hours of report work after attendance.

A dedicated Deficiency List helps shipowners, managers, and buyers (S&P) identify and budget for CAPEX & OPEX costs for maintenance, repair, or renewal requirements.

The app maintains historical records of up to four previous visits, enabling stakeholders to assess whether a vessel is improving, degrading, or maintaining performance over time.

DUNN S.I.R. fully aligns with maritime best practices and compliance frameworks (CDI, CMID, OCIMF SIRE, RightShip, SOLAS, ISM-SMS).

If a device or its data is lost or deleted, recovery is possible only through the user’s own device backup — DUNN S.I.R. does not receive or have access to any of the user’s data.
