Hi! I really love using Duocards to learn vocabulary with flashcards. I’d really love to have an option to automatically play the example sentence when I flip a flashcard. Right now, I can hear the word, but hearing the example sentence automatically would help me remember the word much better. It would be great if users could turn this option on in the settings. Thank you!

Приложение работает только для изучения слов. Больше никакие разделы не открываются (практика, библиотека).
Часто пишет, что нет связи с сетью, хотя сижу через вайфай и остальные приложения работают нормально. Постоянно предлагает купить платную версию. Есть сомнения, что после этого приложение не будет выдавать ошибок, т.к. как бесплатную версию не тянет даже.

Probably the single best and most easy to use flash card app I’ve ever used. I find its tools very helpful. I only wish that I could adjust the pronunciation on cards since sometime the AI picks up the wrong pronunciation for certain kanji. In addition, I seem to get “connection problem” error messages often no matter how good my signal is and I suspect it has more to do with something on the app’s back end than it does the user. It would be great if that could be worked out.

As for the connection errors, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We've sent a fix there, so it should work better.

The  western language modules are much better developed , structured, and Colloquial while the marathi version is a disorganized (no intended structure ) . the translation being taught my family of modern day marathi speakers have to correct everything I learn off of this platform as no one uses these translations

Почему приложение не открывается? Вначале было хорошо  , все открывалось и отлично помогало понимать язык , но вдруг просто перестало открываться . Попробовала удалить и загрузить вновь - не реагирует

This is a great app for learning English words. I've been using it for half a year now and even bought a subscription. the only drawback is that Russian users need to use VPN, and it doesn't always work. As a result, I hardly use my subscription, as sometimes I can't even connect to the VPN (I can't support shock mode either).

Скачала, открыла, пишет нет интернета, он есть и все другие сайты и приложения работают. Не смогла даже посмотреть что внутри

Скачала приложение чтобы понять нравится или нет. Была пробная я неделя бесплатная. После суток решила что приложение мне не нравится, отменила подписку и удалила приложение. Через неделю с банка приходит уведомление о попытке списание подписки за это приложение?!! Я в шоке!!!

The AI tutor is almost completely useless. It always responds with short answers, and no matter what you ask it, it basically says the same thing. 

 You ask it to explain the etymology of a word or phrase, and it just gives you the meaning instead, simply rephrasing it. If you ask it to explain some complex language concepts, it again responds with short phrases that don't mean much. 

 As a result, you might be paying for a premium subscription, but you still have to use ChatGPT to get comprehensive and understandable explanations. I am very disappointed with this app. While many other features work well, this particular aspect has left me frustrated.

I wanted to improve my vocabulary by flipping through flashcards. Instead i get pushed into some analytical level setting test (which i couldn’t opt out of and just try the functionality). It makes me choose a topic of interest (cooking, travel, business) when what i’m interested in is improved fluency. It asked me a series of questions to which i responded with random keystrokes (so i could just get on with it) - and yet it “determined” i was at between 75-80% on metrics like grammar and pronunciation. Then it wanted to image my fingerprint. I’m sorry but you presume too much, your analytics are obviously fake, and your intrusiveness is off the charts. I can’t speak to the quality of the learning tool because i deleted the app rather than complete the personal information gathering inquisition. I wish i never downloaded it.

Even though I’m a paid member on the iPhone app I always get a connection error unless I reload the app multiple times and it prevents me using it. If I swipe any cards whilst this connection error warning is present none of my progress saves which has cost me ALOT of time. If I paid more for this app I’d demand a refund. This app used to work fine so not sure what the problem is, no other app does this to me so I know it’s not my fault.

я попробовал очень много способов как учить иностранные слова, но только в этом приложении у меня получилось РЕАЛЬНО выучить больше 1050 слов/фраз на английском и больше 600 на итальянском (учил в 2025, запоминал реально быстро и эффективно) Конечно если сюда не заходить, то весь словарь забывается, но это проблемы нашего мозга, а не этого милого мамонтёнка. всем мир

After using it for its basic, free flashcards language learning function, I decided to upgrade to the paid version. It’s a vastly more comprehensive and interesting program. In addition to the excellent space practice flashcard system, you get AI powered learning tools for speaking, listening, generating stories using newly learned to vocabulary, and a tutor. I’ve only been using it for a day now, but I am definitely going to keep subscribing.
