## What is Duoweek?

Duoweek keeps the agreements between separated parents in one dated, reviewable file: the custody calendar, the costs for the children, and the proposals you make to each other.

CALENDAR
• Custody schedule with handovers, per child
• School, medical and activity events in one shared week view
• Private events stay private; the co-parent sees only a neutral Busy block

CHILD COSTS WITH PROOF
• Photograph a receipt or school letter; the text is read on your device
• Each cost is classified against the category list of the Belgian 2019 Royal Decree on extraordinary costs
• Gross amount, health-fund refund and net amount are kept apart, so the balance is right after mutualiteit refunds
• Running balance between both parents and a quarterly settlement PDF

PROPOSALS WITH A REPLY DEADLINE
• Send a cost or schedule proposal to the co-parent
• The reply window from the 2019 Royal Decree runs from delivery, so both parents see the same deadline
• Every version is kept; a correction becomes a new version and the original stays

MESSAGES
• Topic-organised messages that cannot be deleted, with a first-view timestamp
