Though I’ve been paying bills online at DPCU for well over a decade, the app acts like I’m brand new, all of my payees are gone, and asks me to set it up, every single time. I was trying to reset my username and password and it gave me the option to change my contact information which I started to do, but as I put in my phone number, it wouldn’t let me continue even though it said I had a valid phone number and it wouldn’t let me continue onto the next step so I closed out of the app and I go back into the app and I try to sign into my account after that I had already reset my username and password, but then it gives me the only option to get into the app using a voice call which was connected to a phone number that was old and no one uses anymore since it wouldn’t let me change it so now I am unable to get into my account and if I go back to reset my username and password and change my phone number the only option to send verification now is a voice call which is again connected to the old phone number than no one uses. ### 1/5 — App is crashed won’t let me login *2024-07-25, version 4013.2.0* Terrible app problems with logging in constantly ### 1/5 — Date picker broken *2024-02-23, version 4012.1.0* Been trying to do a transfer for two weeks and the date picker doesn’t work to choose a future date. Try again later.” I do try again later and it still doesn’t work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. Why oh why did DuPage CU find it necessary to launch an app that doesn’t work?!! Mobile banking needs to just worn. It is clunky and always forgets my Face ID despite saving it in the setting on both the app and Apple settings. It also keeps asking me for a pin from a representative when I log in. I have no fricken clue what that means. I don’t know why it seems like this bank is always 10 years behind with any sort of technology. I highly recommend this institution. All of the associates and others that I have had to interact with over those many years have been really really great.
