小心！之前APP名是depay 办了一只白金卡，每笔充值手续费1%，没几个月，APP和卡名都改成dupay 了，每笔充值手续费强行变更到1.4%，卡内账户竟然有什么充值和提现，且都有高手续费，是骗子吗？

They took my $5 for I don’t know why and when i applied for kyc with all my documents and it got failed . They didn’t even gave me reason why it git failed. Now again when i try to verify there is no options. I feel like it is a scam
