Video downloads used to work until recently, I can't figure out how to dl videos :( **Developer response:** Sorry about the issues of downloading videos! One of the libraries we use had a bug in it. It’s the best place to find royalty free pics that don’t look like cringey stock photos. I’m a social media manager and use Dupe daily for photos, videos, and discovering new content creators— it’s truly a game changer💕 ### 4/5 — Handy, but… *2024-10-09* Love the idea of this app and that it has both photos and videos, but after looking through tons of content and “hearting” the ones I liked, I went to look back at what I “hearted” and can’t find them anywhere. Also tried tapping the 3 dots and profile in upper right corner and nothing happens, I even tried closing and reopening the app and the buttons are not working. And what others have said, a separate videos and photos would be cool **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Fix coming for this very soon! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not download *2026-07-10* It’s sad that it’s come to this but do not get this app. Do not create an account either. Their delete account button does not work and it’s only available in the app. I tried to find it on the web browser and it doesn’t exist. Then it says to email support for account deletion and I’ve emailed them twice. No response. I commented on both founders pages and the actual Dupe page and just get ignore. Now I have to seek legal action to get my email and data removed because they’re ignoring me 😔 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even work *2025-09-30, version 1.1.8* The website keeps pestering you to download the app and the app doesn’t even work, always freezes if you click any action and the action does nothing, it’s literally just read only, you can’t actually do anything in the app and the website is just annoying with all the pop ups telling you to download their busted as app ### 1/5 — Log in issue *2025-08-16, version 1.1.8* Would love to try the app but as soon as I press enter, it won't let me log in. I clicked register and got cycled back to “click to sign up” The process repeated 3 times and then I deleted the app. I’d be excited to hear when this is fixed. (My method of registration was by using email) ### 1/5 — Won’t let me sign in. *2024-07-22, version 1.0.5* I’ve downloaded and deleted the app three times trying to sign in/make an account.
