## What is Dupelganger?

Find duplicate photos and videos in Apple Photos, plus identical documents in folders you choose. Choose what stays, review every removal, and clean up with an on-device scan.

SEE WHAT MATCHES
Verified duplicates are matched from their original file data. Possible duplicates and similar photos are labeled separately, so you know which groups need a closer look. Compare retakes and lookalikes without treating them as identical copies.

CHOOSE WHAT STAYS
Review one group at a time or compare up to 10 groups together. Each group marks a keeper. Tap a photo to inspect it, choose a different keeper, or keep everything.

Batch review starts with nothing selected. Choose copies individually, or use Select verified copies to stage verified matches on the current page. Possible duplicates and similar photos remain yours to select.

CONFIRM BEFORE REMOVING
Review your selection and item count before removal. Apple Photos asks for your confirmation before selected photos or videos move to Recently Deleted. Scanning never deletes anything.

FREE TO EXPLORE
Scanning and viewing results are free. Your first 10 individual item removals are included, whether you remove them one at a time or together. This is one shared allowance across cleanup tools, not 10 groups or a recurring monthly limit.

An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks further removals. No subscription. Restore the purchase with the same Apple Account.

PRIVATE ON YOUR IPHONE
Photo matching, screenshot text recognition and document comparisons run on device. No account, ads or app analytics. We do not receive your photo library or documents. Apple's iCloud services and your chosen file providers follow your own settings.

MORE WAYS TO SORT
Find old screenshots and save their text as searchable cards. Spot large photos and videos, or use Shrink to create a smaller copy for comparison. Find identical documents in the Files folders you choose.

Photos in Recently Deleted are recoverable for up to 30 days unless permanently removed sooner. Storage may not become available immediately. Document recovery depends on the file provider.
