## What is Duplikat?

With Duplikat you will have fun developing your skills in all those word games where you have to combine letters to form crosswords.
At the beginning of the game, the app displays 7 letters drawn from the "bag". You then try to find the highest scoring word and place it on the game board. When you have decided or at the end of the thinking time (when you are playing a timed game), you tap "Validate" to enter your move. At this point the app announces the "max score", i. e. the word that gives the highest score in context and places it on the board. You only score the number of points corresponding to the word that you have found. The app then draws the new letters from the bag, and the game continues. 
There must be at least two vowels and two consonants up to the 15th move then one vowel and one consonnant from the 16th move. If the seven letters selected do not respect these constaints, they are put back in the bag and seven new letters are chosen. If there are no more consonants or no more vowels in the bag, the game ends.
- The app comes with a small number of prepared games that you can replay in full. But you can also start random games and play them until the 8th move. With Duplikat Pro, this limit disappears and you can continue the game until the end.
- All games can be saved for replay or sent by email (in csv or txt format)
- The app supports several languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, Greek and Romanian. 
- Several types of board are available: Scrabble, Words With Friends, Wordfeud, Lexulous
- three dictionaries available in English (Enable, CSW and TWL)
- Display of the current max score on option
- Timed game (15 seconds to 10 minutes)

- The Anagram tab allows you to search for words that can be formed from letters in the current rack, taking into account the constraints specified in the "Filter" area. With Duplikat Pro, you can enter the letters of your choice in the ‘Selection’ field, or even clear this field to extend the search to the entire dictionary.

Depuis que j’ai du quitter le club où nous jouions en Duplikat, maintenant je ne joue qu’avec votre application qui me satisfait totalement depuis des années. Par contre aujourd’hui l’appli ne réagit pas comme d’habitude, elle ne me propose plus si je suis sûre de vouloir ce mot. Cela me faisait progresser car je répondais non et souvent je trouvais pareil que l’appli. Aujourd’hui elle me propose plein de solution et cela m’ennuie. Puis-je décocher quelque chose pour avoir la Duplikat d’avant. Merci Matthieu

Je constate que l'app demande toujours une confirmation quand on on n'est pas au top. Et d'ailleurs ca me semble inopportun si on on veut jouer dans des conditions de tournoi. Si l'affichage du top est désactivé, Duplikat devrait jouer le coup du joueur sans rien demander. Je vais corriger cela.
Ce que vous décrivez n'arrive qu'en mode Topping. Vous l'avez peut-être activé par mégarde.
PS: Duplikat est un garçon ;-)

Excellente nouvelle ! Une belle amélioration, dans les parties Duplicate Joker, pour le remplacement des tuiles blanches par les lettres du reliquat dont le pointage sera calculé dans les coups suivants.

J’apprécie fortement ce logiciel. De nombreuses améliorations ont été apportées depuis que je l’utilise. Une seule suggestion : serait-il possible de pouvoir choisir le mot à placer s’il y a plusieurs tops possibles?

Application agréable à utiliser. Après un bug signalé, réponse rapide et correction quelques temps après ; actuellement, tout semble bien fonctionner. Merci

**Developer response:** Merci de l'info et du rapport bien documenté. J'arrive à reproduire le bug quand je dépose la lettre immédiatement à droite du chevalet. Mais jamais à gauche ou plus à droite. De plus il faut que je dépose. Si je ne relâche pas, la lettre ne disparaît pas. Je vous demande de préciser car je crois avoir identifié la cause du problème de la disparition à droite. Si vous avez aussi le problème à gauche, il s'agit d'autre chose. 
Pensez à rehausser votre note quand vous constaterez dans la prochaine mise à jour que le bug a disparu.

J’apprécie fortement ce logiciel: il est très complet et permet d’améliorer tous les aspects techniques. La prise en compte rapide de l’ODS9 est aussi un réel soulagement (ainsi que la réaction rapide au « bug du Z » ). Seule suggestion d’amélioration: ils me plairait d’avoir un bouton « continuer » qui soit obligatoire : ça permettrait de prendre tout le temps voulu pour lire les solutions ratées lorsqu’on n’est PAS au top. Un joueur de 3ème série du club de Gembloux (Belgique)

Il faudrait que j'arrête de faire des mises à jour ;-)

Ceci dit, Duplikat ne peut pas vérifier que vous avez effectivement donné un avis.

Cet app est un outil extraordinaire pour s’entraîner au mode duplicata. Toutefois. Il y a un petit bug qui m’est apparu que très récemment. Par deux fois j’ai trouvé un mot à la valeur supérieure au top proposé. On comptabilise mes points mais c’est quand même le mot top qui apparaît sur le tableau de jeu. Mais ce n’est pas grave car j’ai toujours autant de plaisir à jouer.

**Developer response:** Pendant 2 jours, la version 3.2 qui ne trouvait pas les mots avec un Z vous a donné le sentiment que vous étiez plus fort que la machine. Ca n'a pas  duré car elle a été remplacée très vite par la version 3.3 infaillible, elle.
