Days of wait .. and only answer because installers were contacted in desperation. Apropos nothing serial no are now username? Why? For those not in situ, even more unnecessary hassle. 0/10. ### 1/5 — Needs an update *2025-06-26, version 1.3.3* Not user friendly, keeps crashing and logging you out, gives false information to what is being used or sent back to the grid. Apparently I averaged 8kw usage per day when I was on holiday 🤷🏼‍♂️. This could be a fantastic application if only it was over hauled. ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-01-15, version 1.2.0* The app has a really poor User Interface. It looks ugly, is overly complicated and counter intuitive. Imagine having to click through multiple screens just to get to the headline (usable) information. Simple things like - not logging me out every single time I close it - have not yet been ironed out. Then the really complicated technical info is displayed first, rather than being clicked into and even common standards like having my data quickly load and be viewable have not been implemented. These significant drawbacks are in addition to the fact there are two Duracell apps - this one (I) and Energy… Surely they can be combined into one, use friendly, attractive, intuitive app……? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No longer works *2026-08-27, version 2.0.1* Used to work, could connect as end user using Bluetooth. Now the Bluetooth either does not show up, or does but when you connect, constant spinning loading icon. Affects both iOS and Android versions. ### 1/5 — Update 2.0.1 *2026-06-29, version 2.0.1* An app that worked with the inverted. Now does not. Cannot access the time control due to the update. Which now overrides the Duracell Energy App. Another prize winning idea… ### 1/5 — Worse interface *2026-06-01, version 2.0.0* The old interface was poor the new one is worse. There is too much information crammed into the screen. I need a magnifying glass! Also my 3 5kwh batteries appear as a single 200wh battery - and the graph that showed the % full is completely missing. And it’s now twice logged us out for no reason and hard to get back into ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-03-30, version 1.4.1* Don’t bother if you are told to down load this app, I did and I’ve been locked out of it for months now, no is helping, I’ve approached them countless times for help with logging in, I’ve replaced the log in with the serial number and still can’t log in, haven’t been able to use this app since last September. ### 1/5 — Very poor *2025-12-21, version 1.4.0* Haven’t been able to log into mine for weeks, same username same password, just won’t do it. Awful app. ### 1/5 — App access *2025-12-16, version 1.4.0* Worked for about a month then logged me out telling me my password was incorrect. Tried to reset the password but got no email to achieve reset. I am now unable to monitor my usage or production. Not impressed. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Much better *2026-06-06, version 2.0.0* The new login interface could do with telling you the s/n of the inverter is the username however WOW the app is nicer to use now. The redesign is a breath of fresh air and this app has far more frequent updates to usage compared to the Duracell energy app so solves that problem. I would appreciate a SoC indicator back though, that was always nice to see, the option was there if you wanted to toggle it off so I don’t see why it shouldn’t be there at all anymore. I’m looking forward to using this now and am excited to see what improvements are to come ### 5/5 — The new app is fabulous! *2026-06-01, version 2.0.0* The old app was clunky and frustrating but the new updates are brilliant! ### 5/5 — What’s happened *2025-12-03, version 1.4.0* I love this app to track battery storage, solar generation and export BUT it’s not functioning currently!
