“Forgot password” doesn’t send me an email either. Yes, I checked my spam.

In our particular case, there are maintenance options that don’t exist in the building, such as the annual check, according to Reyna, the building’s admin assistant. 
For guests, the app doesn’t allow us to give permits for more than one day.
Finally, the use of QRs is concerning. Once one of these QRs gets electronically filtered and shared in an unexpected way, the tenant is exposed.
More cybersecurity scrutiny and user experience are needed.

The site is great but it would be better to add a chat group for the entire building/VIA community like One roof app used to.
