Story, map mechanics, puzzles, npcs, and combat system are great. Very free-to-play friendly with a clever, non-intrusive way to support the creator by playing ads. Loot and leveling is a bit much for my taste, as I’d rather not spend as much time sorting through gear and stats, but it’s not the worst I’ve seen, and once you level enough up you stop getting trash gear from low-level enemies. Unfortunately, the game is not finished, as the story eventually ends with a “more to come” page. Some areas you can see are not accessible and the highest tier spells suggested by the stats do not exist. Lots to explore and so much fun to play! It has a Might and Magic feel to it. As always, you get the crybaby whiners complaining that it’s not 100% free. I’m sure these people don’t go to work for free and yet they somehow expect developers to make games and just give them away for nothing. How pathetic. Anyone complaining about the infantry space is talking nonsense of course because you do not run out and there are plenty of ways to get extra space. If you like this game, you will absolutely absolutely love Moonshades as well And I would very much recommend taking a look at that one. Can’t wait for new areas to be added! ### 5/5 — What I wanted… *2025-12-14* I’ve been playing this on and off for a week and I finally made it out of the chapel. I love to play dungeon crawlers like this one. It makes you think, and there’s no pressure to rush through and miss things. Hence, crawling and thinking, not button mashing and praying you’ll make it. I also like playing rpg’s solo and so far this doesn’t disappoint. If it stays good, I’ll support the developer with some purchases. There’s no forced ads either, unless you want some rewards from it. It almost forces you to buy more storage or keep dealing with the same issue. So if u plan to play don’t touch a wall and don’t spend a dime, lower your hopes for completion, seek a game where things function and the developer speaks.
