Habe 50 Euro eingezahlt, am nächsten Tag schmeißt mich die App raus. Rückmeldungen über Formular verblieben unbeantwortet. Aufladen und bezahlen geht easy und schnell. Wenn die Person an der Kasse aber nicht sauber arbeitet, bleibt das Konto offen und es wird das nächste Essen abgebucht. Ist mir schon passiert und dann geht die Diskussion an der Kasse los… Negativ finde ich auch, dass die letzte Buchung erst nach längerer Zeit, länger als der Besuch in der Kantine dauert, in der App angezeigt. Man muss an der Kasse sehr genau aufpassen. Ich werde kein weiteres Guthaben aufladen.
