## What is Dusty Does Mobility?

Dusty Does Mobility is the private coaching app for Dusty Jackson's training clients.

Your coach programs your week — you open the app and get to work.

- YOUR WEEK, PROGRAMMED FOR YOU: personalized workouts with sets, reps, weight, and pacing, built by your coach on the NASM OPT model
- GUIDED WORKOUT MODE: a running timer walks you through each exercise one at a time, with your coach's cues and your last numbers in front of you
- LOG AS YOU GO: one tap logs a set exactly as prescribed; edit if you did more
- TROPHIES AND STREAKS: earn a trophy for every completed session and build a week-over-week hot streak
- WEEKLY CHECK-INS: wrap up your week in two minutes — your coach reviews every check-in and replies with a personal video
- MESSAGES AND FORM CHECKS: chat with your coach and send form videos for personal feedback, right in the conversation
- YOUR MOVEMENTS: the movements in your plan with coaching notes and demo videos — tap the heart to keep the ones you love
- MEMBERSHIP, HANDLED: apply, complete your intake, and sign your client agreement right in the app

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.7 — 2026-09-29

Life happens mid-workout. Pick up a session right where you left off, even on another day, or mark the whole workout complete in one tap.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-15

Updated coaching agreement with in-app signing for both you and Coach Dusty. Current clients can review and sign the new version right from Home.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-11

Play your own music through your workouts. Start a playlist in Spotify, Apple Music, or any other app, and it keeps playing through your session. When your coach speaks, the music dips under his voice, then comes right back up.

Also includes small fixes and improvements behind the scenes.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-10

Your coach can now see exactly where you are in your program and stays ahead of your next training block. Clearer coaching cues during your sessions, plus small fixes throughout.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-29

You can now fix a set you logged wrong. Open a movement in your history, tap Edit, correct the reps or weight, and save. Everything this release builds on shipped in 1.0.2: effort targets on your sets and the redesigned movement history.
