It is NEVER ready when it says it will be. They wait to start making your drink until you get there. Completely pointless. I asked the barista about it and she said they make it ahead if they’re not busy but otherwise they wait until you’re there. Don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Technical Opsie *2026-08-11, version 3.21.0* I can’t use the app it’s been forever since it says technical oopsie on the ordering tab. ### 1/5 — Be careful about the ordering location. *2026-08-10* This is mostly my fault, but at the same time is frustrating since it’s the only app I’ve ever encountered that does this, but due to literally every other app assigning the nearest location when you give the app permission to view your location I assumed this one had chosen the Dutch Bros near me and not one that was in an entirely different state. Unfortunately you also can’t cancel the order once you’ve done this, so double frustrating. They will also only allow you to store a credit card if it’s specifically for reloading a Dutch Pass, which is something my employer doesn’t allow. Since my company card also doesn’t support Apple Pay it means I really have to want some Dutch Bros as their setup means manually entering the card’s entire information every time I order. 90% of the time I’m too annoyed by this and just go to Starbucks or Dunkin, but sometimes Dutch Bros is the best option, and I’ll go through the extra steps. Anywho the real situation: I did an online order and there was a 100 bonus points offer that I had activated, the guy who came for our order and delivered our drinks hadn’t scanned my app (I thought it would go through automatically cause I did it online) I noticed my points didn’t go through so we went back and a different guy scanned my app for the points and I also got an extra 100 points.
