Since I updated the app I am unable to use my Face ID, the system knocks out the push for the biometrics.  This needs to be resolved asap

The app doesn’t let your view your credit card account history and it’s really annoying I have to go to the actually bank and get a statement when I should just be able to look at the app and call it a day

The login hides every letter or number you type in, so you never know if you make any mistakes, and there’s no way to preview what you typed in. They’re also isn’t a way to access your rewards, and when you try to log in online to access your rewards Chrome and Microsoft Edge don’t work.

If I could rate no stars I would. This app has logged me out multiple times. Will not let me transfer money without logging out. Glitches 24-7. Considering this is the only app for DuTrac I think you need to do some maintenance and fix these problems before you loose another banker!

This app worked for awhile and then started to glitch. Couldn’t sign in. Or it would take a few tries before it let me in. Thumb I’d quit working. Now there’s something called MFNapp or something needs to be downloaded? I think that’s on Dutrac’s side if I’m not mistaken? Sigh. Please fix this.

It worked for a few days, now i can’t log into my account & the app needs me to download an MFM? I have no idea what that means & there’s no new update for the app.

Works nice when it functions, has plenty of options so you can do almost anything you may need, however it says the app needs updating even after an update is applied. I’m essentially locked out by the required update, which is already applied.
