## What is DutyNest?

Your shifts. Your time. Under control.

DutyNest is an offline-first rota companion for people who work irregular hours. Plan individual shifts, apply repeating patterns, keep overtime and leave records, and understand your upcoming schedule without creating an account.

CORE ROTA TOOLS
• Add day, night, overtime, rest, Stand Down, Leave and custom shift types
• Record optional notes, teammates and overtime or payroll codes
• Extend completed shifts when work overruns
• Use common rota presets or build a flexible custom cycle
• Review Home, Calendar and grouped shift history

WORK RECORDS
• Track overtime from planned through paid
• Record annual-leave entitlement, requests and remaining balance
• Track TOIL earned, used and expired
• Keep workplaces, roles and an auditable balance ledger

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• Core Free use needs no DutyNest account
• Rota data stays in the local device database unless you choose Premium Sync
• Export, back up, restore or delete your data when you choose
• No advertising, behavioural analytics or cross-app tracking

FREE AND PREMIUM
DutyNest Free has no time limit and includes useful rota and basic reporting tools. DutyNest Premium adds advanced reports, higher creation limits, CSV, branded PDF and calendar exports, and optional account-based Sync across your signed-in devices. Premium owners can also invite one email-bound household viewer to a privacy-limited, read-only calendar that excludes notes, teammate names, payroll codes and balances. Current prices and eligible offers are supplied by your app store before purchase.

DutyNest is a personal planning tool, not an employer roster, payroll authority, medical service or legal-compliance system. Always check important information against your official workplace records.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.10 — 2026-09-01

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-30

Adds optional at-a-glance calendar icons while preserving D, N, OT, AL and R markers. Premium owners can also connect supported AI assistants for secure read-only Daily OS rota lookups after explicit account approval.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-14

Completes automatic Premium Sync in both directions and repairs first-time device setup. Existing accounts now restore their full rota automatically after sign-in, including large histories with related custom records.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-13

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-12
